Absolutely stunning property and gardens/pool, Also your right on the beach couldn't fault it. And any questions Arturo always gets back to you straight away.

Ideal location for the beach, short walk to the Marina. Plenty bars and restaurants near by.

The property was exactly as it appears on the VRBO site. It was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, with easy walking to a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops. The marina is of course fabulous,if a little pricier than the bars up on the street. The pool is saltwater and absolutely lovely. The beach is literally over the road. Garden access to the beach walk along to the marina. It's a steep climb up to the road! Also easy access to buses to the pueblo, Mijas and many other attractions. Only minor problem is that the gate to the Residencia seemed difficult to spot for taxi companies, for airport transfers. We had a great time and hope to return!

Apartment was well equipped, clean with all kitchen appliances.Balcony very small,and only get a little morning sun, which made the lounge a bit dark. But in the hot summer months it would be cool. Beautiful garden and pool area, but no sun loungers. The lounge area could benefit by being modernized. It's a little old fashioned and dark.The kitchen bright and spacious and well equipped.Large dining table with 6 chairs,and lots of plates mugs etc so we could load the dishwashereach day. Owner helpful and quick to respond to emails etc. Could do with some new bed linen and towels, the room we used had children's sheets and plastic mattress covers on the beds. That's fine for children but we were 4 adults sharing the apartment. Overall we had a good holiday and those small details did not spoil our holiday. Location is perfect, across the road from the beach with big supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Also taxi Rank 5 minutes away and bus stop near by too. Maybe not good if you have walking difficulty as there is a steep climb to up to the gate to get out to the main road.The access to the prom is easier.
