Stunning Beachfront apartment with Sea Views

The property is positioned perfectly for easy, private access to waterfront promenade, and offers direct access to numerous bars, restaurants and the marina with an easy 15 minute walk. We walked both to & from marina day & night without any apprehension, as the promenade is well lit and busy. The condo itself is clean bright and so welcoming with outstanding outdoor space. Late afternoon sun enables sunbathing from terrace. Condo’s appointments fulfilled basic necessities with well equipped kitchen and 2 fully functioning bathrooms and plenty of storage in bedrooms. The property felt safe and was easily accessible from street and promenade. Finally, Cher was fantastic! Beginning with a warm welcome and thorough property tour, we felt comfortable working with her from the outset. She was readily available and responsive to our few inquiries when needing instructions for condo use and basic questions, along with generous input about a couple restaurants and even local transportation. I sincerely can’t properly express the degree of our satisfaction with every aspect of our stay. We would definitely return to this perfectly that is strategically placed approximately 1/2 way between Malaga & Marbella with multiple transportation options right out the front door. Our host Cher was excellent from check in to check out. She met us at the place and showed us all the things we needed to know. The place was very clean and well stocked from a kitchen perspective. The location could not be better for a quiet residence that is in a perfect setting for access to beach, restaurants, walkway, parks and grocery store. We had a rental vehicle but really did not need it given the proximity and excellent local transportation. A very nice stay with an excellent host - we will be back.

Our host was excellent, responded efficiently and promptly when requested but otherwise left us alone to enjoy our holiday. Location with direct access to the promenade was fantastic. We did not think that the kitchen was particularly well equipped, nor was the furniture very comfortable. More suitable for a couple of weeks stay than the longer time that we were there for.
