The location is ideal, as the beach and the diverse restaurant and shopping services of the harbor are only about a 500-meter walk away.
The first floor of the apartment features a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and tools, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The living room is designed for relaxation and features an impressive 75-inch Smart TV and a Bluetooth sound system. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has direct access to one of the apartment`s three terraces.
The upper floor is dedicated to true luxury and entertainment. It features the apartment`s third bedroom as well as a stunning bar and lounge room. The crown jewels of the upper floor are the scenic sauna and a private `Skybar` terrace, offering breathtaking views of the sea, the city, and the mountains. In total, the apartment has three terraces that provide the perfect setting for enjoying the sun and spending the evening.
