About this villa rental
Rustic restored and expanded two-storey villa with 4 bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with a double bed, and the other with a triple bed, with 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a full kitchen and a reading room.
As for the exterior, the house is on a plot of more than 1200 m2 divided into two levels, the one at the entrance where the parking is located, a garden area with grass, surrounded by cypresses and fig trees, and in the background the field area with fruit trees . Free WIFI
On the upper level is the house with a terrace in front and on one side another lawn garden area dominated by an olive tree that is more than 300 years old that continues to produce its olives every year, with a central pool for the enjoyment in spring summer.
At this time is when the free space of the house is enjoyed to the maximum, becoming the star place of the tourists who stay in the house. However, you can also enjoy the terrace and garden on sunny winter days.
What makes this place different is the great spaciousness and tranquility along with the wonderful views of the coast and the sea of Benalmádena.
In the field area we mainly have lemon trees where we can pick these fruits for food. In September it is the time of the fig trees, giving fruits of delicious flavor.
In the winter season, the dining room takes more prominence for meals, meetings and talks with friends or family.
Late entry after 9 pm has a surcharge (35 euros). After 0 hours, you will have a surcharge of 45 euros. (You should check first if possible)
