La Palapa Beach

Alle faciliteiten van het huis waren top. Het huis was heel schoon, netjes en goed onderhouden. De eigenaar (Silvia) is super lief en behulpzaam. Daarnaast is de ligging van het huis perfect. Het strand en de boulevard zijn op loopafstand en in de buurt zijn genoeg restaurants en winkels. Hoewel je de drukte zo kunt opzoeken, ligt het huis zelf in een vrij rustige straat. Het was ideaal voor ons gezin met drie jonge kinderen.

Er zijn eigenlijk geen minpunten. Als ik toch een punt zou moeten noemen is het dat je het zwembad deelt met drie andere huizen. Dit is op zich geen probleem, want het zwembad is ruim genoeg. Maar je hebt geen invloed op wie er in de andere huizen zit. Bij ons zat er een grote, gezellige Spaanse familie in het eerste huis. Ze waren verder heel vriendelijk en ik heb persoonlijk geen last van ze gehad. We hebben een praatje met ze gemaakt en konden zelfs genieten van de luide Spaanse volksmuziek. Maar ik kan me voorstellen dat het wat ‘intens’ is als je met je peuter in het zwembad wilt zwemmen en je komt zo een grote groep tegen.

The villa was excellent in every way. It was clean with everything you needed. The host Sylvia was readily available for any queries and to assist with restaurants recommendations and bookings. The pool was fabulous and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the little extras were much appreciated. Nice welcome tray of beverages. The location was superb....near bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach and marina. All within walking distance. We had a fabulous time. Would highly recommend.

There wasn't anything to dislike. The only point I would make is that on booking just check how many of the 4 bedrooms are made accessible to you in comparison to the number of people you plan to book to stay.

From the moment we arrived Silvia meet us with big smile, showed us around the property. It was exceptionally clean, light, airy. Beautiful interior, felt like home for 5 days we were there. The aircon was amazing was so cool every time we come back to property. 5 min walk to the marina and all shops. Felt very safe and secure. Welcome drink and snacks on arrival. We had got married 4 days before checking in to the property and honestly we could ask for a better host Silvia went above and beyond for us. She went out of her way to recommend us fantastic restaurants around. Not only send fantastic restaurants, booked them and got us beautiful views over the marina we went to some stunning restaurants and had amazing meals with the family. My son loved the pool it was cleaned daily perfect to cool down after hot walk. Silvia also sent me messages if there was special events going on around the area. All of this was of her own back and honestly made are stay even more perfect, we would definitely return as a family and would recommend to anyone to book.
