This was my second time to stay here. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, a nearby pick-up for a day trip to Gibraltar and a Lidl across the road. Loads of space, the outdoor areas are great. Juan, the host, could not have been more helpful or quick to respond to any questions.

What a place! A 5 minute stroll down hill to the beach/marina and a 5 minute walk to 24 hour square. Lidl and other supermarkets are on the doorstep too. The house itself is perfect for families or groups. Really clean, really comfy with everything you need for a relaxing break. We will return, there’s no doubt about that. It’s important I mention the owner Juan, also. He went above and beyond to make sure the booking went well. The communications before were exemplary. Lots of information about the house and area. Nothing too much trouble (including going to the shops for us and booking taxis). Juan - you are an amazing host….. Thankyou so much.

Near to the beach, good location, lots of amenities around, spacious property, nice friendly host

It was very out dated…needs some work, needs cleaning and abit of love. The pool had dirty tiles, ants were everywhere inside, towels were stained. Was not the greatest experience for such reasons which was a shame as we had higher hopes from seeing the reviews previously

Fantastic villa for 8 adults to relax in a great location, would highly recommend

The location of the property is fantastic, only a few minutes walk to everything you need. If we had any questions, owner was only a text message away and responded very quickly. We were a group of 8 adults and there was plenty of space to relax, and break away too for some quiet time. This property is great value for the money we paid, the owner also allowed us to have a later check out time.

There were some areas that could be updated however we were happy with the villa as it is - no real complaints

Very pleasent stay would return

This Property is very central to beach bars and places to eat we stayed as a group of seven men for friends 60th the owner Juan is very helpful you just need to whatsapp him answers straight away the pool area is comunual for the villas on the row air condition each room wifi in house was bit slow but ok Juan also arranged the transfer back to airport also for us top guy. Its got everything you need.

The Villa is linked to other villas and pool is right next to your Villa can get little loud when sitting just chilling also at night bit of noise from ajoining Villas after quite time.

Great house , great location . Great host !

The villa is very clean and spacious , large living room , outdoor seating , 3 bedrooms a rooftop area and most importantly our very own pool . The location is Ideal as it is only 600m from Lidl for groceries and a few minutes walk to the prom . We went as a family of 7 and we all had our own space to chill when needed . Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area which was a blessing in 37 degree heat !! This was our second visit here and we will definitely be back again . Juan our host was most welcoming and was helpful and so accommodating with any questions or queries we had . Cannot recommend this villa enough . Ideal for all the family .

The host Juan couldn't do enough for us, he even accepted our shopping and put our beers in the fridge! The house is really comfortable with everything you need!

Traffic noise was a bit loud but the air con was great so we just kept the windows closed. It didn't deter from our stay

Really lovely stay right at the heart of everything.

Juan was an excellent host and very helpful. The house has plenty of space and was lovely and clean with lots of lovely places to sit and relax. We made use of the BBQ and the pool. The walk down to the beach only takes a coulple of minutes and its easy to get to everything.

The only one thing that we didn't like was how close the house is located to the main road. This made it quite noisy at night.

A little piece of paradise in the centre of everything

This property is pure paradise in the middle of Benalmadena, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Juan is a pleasure to deal with, even before we arrived. Nothing is too much trouble. We were only there about an hour and I was looking to book it next year. Love love love this place

Juan is an excellent host - he was there to meet us on arrival and departure day and checked via text that all was OK. The facilities of this property are excellent - the pool is wonderful and private! The air-con is excellent and the roof top terrace has beautiful views - it is a great place for a family to stay!

Everything was very good - even the local grocery shops are only a 2 min walk away.

Excellent stay over Xmas and New Year! 😎🥳

Perfect location, close the marina. Nice and spacious villa, 2 bathrooms, outdoor terrace, rooftop terrace. The owner Juan was very helpful, he contacted us before the trip and asked if we had any requests, and we asked to keep us updated about covid restrictions in Spain. We also left something in the villa and Juan is send this back to us in the U.K. A+++

Splendid location and very supportive owner!

The location is absolutely great. Close access to beach, marina, restaurants, shops (including supermarkets), Sea Life, etc. All within a few minutes only of walking distance. The property is right at the main road, but that didn't really bother us with regards to noise. We could park our rental car in front of the gate by recommendation of the woner, which was perfect. No need to find a parking spot. All main rooms have airco. Bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. Large pool which is fully in the sun during the day. Also privacy is guaranteed as the entire property has outdoor walls all around. Juan, the owner was already waiting for us at arrival to hand over the keys and contaced us frequently via Whatsapp to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything.

There are some things which might need a bit of renovation, like the pool and kitchen. Nothing too serious, but wortwhile to mention. The owner also informed me some renovation work is already planned. That is the only reason why we didn't rate this as a 10!

great stay. kids loved it and miss it.

kids loved the place. it was nice and spacious. Juan is lovely and responds to messages and concerns within minutes. loved the big rooms and terrace. beach 5 min walk with amazing lighthouse views. great for an evening walk. shops nearby. 40-60min bus ride from malaga city centre but the bus is €1.7 so not expensive. pool was good for kids. Though pool does need to be cleaned properly i guess that is done for busier times as we arrived in feb. the house does need a little upgrade like fans in bathroom as it got messy real quick with 8 of us and kitchen maybe needs cleaner sink and micro. overall good stay but a little care to smaller things people use daily to the property will enhance its appeal. Thankyou Juan.

bathroom needs a better ventilation system. pool needs a little clean and kitchen appliances need upgrading but overall these are minor little things i find might be helpful in the future.

Exceptional

Juan is a great host, always stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well. Cold beers in the fridge and crisps on our arrival were a nice touch. The house is a great size, plenty of room for our party of 5 adults and 3 kids. It’s in a great location only a 5 min walk to the beach and very handy to the supermarket. The rooftop terrace was a particular favourite feature of ours with lovely views and a nice place to watch the sun rise. We thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable stay at Juan’s house and look forward to returning next year.

Perfect holiday home away from home

We loved everything about this place! Definitely highly recommended! Juan contacted us prior to us even getting to Spain to check and make sure we are ok with everything and knew where to go. He was absolutely the perfect host; charming, friendly and attentive. The chalet itself was stunning; lovely clean rooms, with comfortable living area, a cool roof top chill zone and a garden. It's bigger than we thought from the photos. We were able to fit 8 girls in the house with no problems, the futons were just as comfortable as normal beds. We were really lucky with the weather, so we were able to enjoy the sun by the pool. The pool wasn't big, but was very clean. And we could gaze at the stars on the roof top at night. One of the best thing about the place is the location, it's within walking distance to everything. Lidl is just around the corner to stock up on food and drinks, there's also an amazing little cafe opposite the chalet for a nice English breakfast after a night out. The chalet is about 10 minutes walk to the marina where you are spoilt for choice for food and drinks. If you are looking for fun, you are also 5 minutes walk to the lively 24 Hour Square where you can party until the sun comes up!

Fantastisch!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit huis. Alles was schoon, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar Juan was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij stond ons op te wachten bij aankomst. wat we extra waardeerden was dat we tot 18.00 uur in het huis mochten blijven vanwege onze late vlucht, echt topservice! Absoluut een aanrader.

De bedden van de kinderen konden beter.

Chalet amplio, bien ubicado y perfecto para familias

La casa es muy espaciosa y luminosa, con un jardín perfecto para que los niños jueguen y una acogedora zona de comedor exterior ideal para comidas en familia. Juan, quien nos entregó las llaves, fue muy amable y flexible. La ubicación es excelente, a solo 5 minutos caminando de la playa y con varias opciones de restaurantes alrededor. Fuimos 8 adultos y un niño de 3 años, y todos dormimos cómodamente. La casa nos ofreció todo lo que necesitábamos para el fin de semana.

Como puntos a mejorar, la piscina necesitaba algo más de mantenimiento en el revestimiento de la pintura azul, y la barbacoa era bastante pequeña para un grupo grande, por lo que no pudimos aprovecharla como hubiéramos querido.
