We were greeted by a very kind young man, so the communication was warm and pleasant, but the house itself was disappointing. It needs renovation. We stayed during winter, so we had problems with the cold. The house is very cold; it has air conditioners, but the one in the ground-floor bedroom barely worked. At night, the temperature inside the house dropped to 17 degrees. All air conditioners could only be set for six hours — during the night they turned off, and the house cooled down very quickly. There is a smell of mold in the house. The beds are uncomfortable. The yard is well maintained, with a large swimming pool. The kitchen has everything you might need; it is excellent. In my opinion, the price does not match the quality.

Family stay in quiet location.
Location and number of bedroom's and bathrooms. Swimming pool and quiet part of town but not too far from centre. Good air conditioning.
Needs more towels in kitchen area. Kitchen could also do with somewhere for dishes to dry after being washed as no drainer and dishwasher not effective on cleaning on top tray. Sometimes you get smell of drains when bathrooms are being used. But soon disappear.

Spring holiday
The villa had great facilities and was very spacious. The location is good to walk to the marina area and also to Arroyo. There are plenty of things to do nearby and we found the villa a good base to explore this part of Spain. Would recommend the villa for a holiday in Benalmadena.
Only complaint we would have was an occasional smell from the drain in one of the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was great.

amazing property with great service in a fantastic location
amazing location and very clean property which is very good value for money. Pool cleaned twice a week and the host can help with any queries very quickly by WhatsApp message, will definitely be returning in the future

Patiko viskas. Vila puikaus išplanavimo ilsėtis 8 žmonėms. Viloje buvo viskas ko reikėjo: patogūs 4 miegamieji kambariai, puikios bendrosios erdvės tiek viduje tiek lauke, virtuvėje šiuolaikiška ir moderni įranga, visa reikalinga buitinė technika ir pan. Svečių patogumui daug kas apgalvota iki smulkmenų - nuo dizaino iki funkcionalumo.
Kadangi baseinas nešildomas, tai vėsesniu pavasario oru jame vanduo šaltokas. Lauko kepsninė jau truputį pagyvenusi, bet dar pasitarnavo. Nebuvo palikta pakaitinės patalynės ir rankšluosčių pasikeitimui, nors svečiavomės tris savaites.
