Location, a large apartment.

This experience was UNACCEPTABLE. We arrived at 8 PM, which should have been enough time for the apartment to be ready for check-in; however, it was not. The cleaning staff was still inside, and after few minutes we were told the apartment was ready, which was clearly not possible. Despite contacting the UNHELPFUL REPRESENTATIVE host and Booking, no assistance was provided, non-allowed us to cancel it, even though we sent the photos video, as SHE (host) requested; and we had no other option but to enter the apartment around 10 PM. As we suspected, the sheets were UNWASHED, the towels were WET or ALREADY USED!!! even the set that the kept as extra, all of them wet. and we had to clean the kitchen items we needed to use, garbage left in the kitchen, and water on the floor kitchen due to the lack of maintenance, then the bathroom!. After midnight, the bathroom flooded due to disconnected drain pipes. Creaky mattresses, uncomfortable! The next day, at noon, a technician arrived and confirmed the issues to the host. He was the only one who showed caring and professionalism, he was able to at least wash the sheets and towels. Thank you Daniel! However, the problems could not be fully resolved. We lost a full night of sleep and a midday in a two nights trip, and we were promised a free night, which we did not receive. This apartment had the potential to be a good one, it is well located, with many rooms. I hope you do better for other guests. Because, for us was an extremely DISSAPOINTED EXPERIENCE.

We loved the apt but we really missed not having a balcony as there were 2 smokers in our group who had to leave the building to smoke.

De locatie was top! Heel ruim appartement, schoon, meer dan genoeg apparatuur en spullen in het appartement.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento. Limpio, super amplio y cómodo. Estuvimos realmente a gusto y la ubicación es genial.

A veces es un poco de lío entrar con los códigos sin tener llaves, sobretodo en el portal.
