Great place to stay for late sumer sun

Easy to get into the property and great view of the sea. Easy walking distance from the town and the lift to the beach is an added bonus. The property was neat, tidy and clean and had all that was needed for a weeks stay.

It might have been helpful if the lift key had been replaced before we arrived, but it was not actually that difficult to get a new one. We did have two days when we could not use the lift. Also the kettle was a problem as it was broken but this was only a minor issue.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Location very good and nice to have lift to beach. Great swimming pool and gardens. Also tried restaurant on site which was good.Any issues were resolved quickly. Would definitely go back

Could have been better communication. More info about wifi etc. Maybe some info in apartment about using facilities, recommendations of places to visit etc would be helpful. Did not detract from a very positive review

5 min to beach, nice swimming pool included, concierge is very helpful, central location, rather well equiped appartment, nice view on the sea.

There were previous people clothes in wardrobes. It wasn’t super clean. The dryer for the wet clothes was broken. When we arrived there were less bedlinen than people. You smell a strange smell in the apartment when you enter it and it is poison for cockroaches, you sleep and live with it 24/7. If you open the windows, huge cockroaches of 3-4 cm in size will climb into this appartment and die from the poison and you have to remove their bodies after (not the dream smell or exercise for your vacation).

Great location, usually a beautiful view.

4th stay at this apartment block (different apartment each time). Location excellent - 3/4 min walk to bottom of San Minguel, short walk down to beach or take apartment block private lift. This apartment, situated on 7th floor had a balcony with views over garden and pool, sea and up towards Benalmadena. Nice, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and shower room.

Unfortunately, the pool area was undergoing a complete renovation, which made the view somewhat unsightly and made sitting in the garden area undesirable. I appreciate it needs doing but l would have liked to have known and maybe offered a discount. On a positive note, I'm sure it will look great when complete.

Nice beach location with about a 10 minute walk to the train station which gets you to Malaga central in around 40 minutes. Great food venues along the beach strip some are a little touristy but others felt authentic. The pool was closed as they were redoing it but being that close to the beach it didn’t really bother us. Apartment was very clean and staff were lovely they even let us check in early since our previous apartment had mould in and we had left it that morning. Kitchen area was well stocked with cookware, there was a French press and a filter coffee machine to use which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend

Exceeded all expectations

Great apartment exceeded all our expectations. The bathroom was big and very clean. Kitchen is separate to the living room so it was easy to use the living room as a second bedroom. Amazing view from the balcony. Nice and quiet part of town but so close to walk to the centre and get to the beach.

Only negative for me personally was that the lift to the beach was not in the building but down a few steps past the car park but it skipped out the worst bit of the walk and was still really helpful.

The location was perfect for access to both beach front and town. Central to everything. Balcony view was lovely. Apartment was basic but well equipped. Cleaner came every 2 days with clean towels and supplies. Pool area was very well maintained and had a beautiful view of the sea. Lift access to beach was very handy.
