Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait : les pieds dans l’eau, avec la plage juste devant, un vrai bonheur ! L’appartement est au top : très agréable, confortable, propre et parfaitement équipé. Tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances et profiter pleinement du séjour. Un grand merci au copropriétaire, qui nous a facilité l’accès et l’installation avec beaucoup de disponibilité et de gentillesse. Cela a vraiment rendu notre arrivée simple et agréable. Nous repartons ravis de notre séjour et recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation. Une très belle adresse que nous garderons précieusement pour un prochain séjour ! 🌊☀️🏖️

Condo is close to the beach, the boardwalk & many eateries. The view from the patio is fantastic.

The layout of the condo is quite strange. If the shutters are open, you actually have to go outside to get to the main bedroom. Through the day, no matter the weather, there’s no outside light unless the shutters are open. We also had an issue with the shower drain. If you washed dishes, then pulled the plug, sewer water would come up the shower drain & smelled really badly! There was also an issue with ants in the kitchen. When we were leaving, the manager said they were aware of the plugged drains from an upper unit, which he blamed the ant & drainage issue on. Yet they rented the unit out anyway! Also, the couch is very uncomfortable & the bed coverings look very dated.
