Avoid or you will pay - literally in cash and frustration

The balcony is nice though and has a great view. Likely noisy in summer though.

Maria and Aurelio did everything to rob us of extra money and their service was terrible. Things in the flat were old/dirty/broken. Wifi was very slow. If you want to know more, read on. On arrival, despite messaging our exact arrival time, they made us wait for well over 10 minutes. Then, they said we needed to pay the rental in cash, which we didn’t have. While we were checking that the Booking.com payment was actually a “hold” instead of a normal payment, they kicked us out of the flat. Once we had confirmed this, they gave us a payment link, and charged us an additional charge for using this link. Once we had paid and got back into the flat (about 2 hours later), they stopped communicating with us. This is important because about a week after checking out, we were asking where the deposit refund was. They did not reply to our messages to their email and WhatsApp. Only 2 weeks later, after contacting Booking.com did they send back the deposit. But it was missing €50. Again, they ignored our messages, and we had to contact Booking.com. Booking.com said that they said we had broken something, but we did not break anything, and our emails and messages to them were ignored, and even Booking.com could not get a reply. Their english is very bad, which made our check in experience even worse. Some of the furniture and the towelshh, especially one sofa are old and dirty. The sofabed, the main sofa, is very uncomfortable. The beds are fairly small. The weird window between the second bedroom and the living room (the only window in that room) was broken / missing so there was no privacy / sound barrier for the second bedroom. The wifi was slow, especially in the evenings. Pretty sure it is shared with other flats. You could not really watch any streaming. The TV was old, smaller than would prefer for the high cost of the flat and had bad sound.

Intet, “udlejer” aflyste min booking med det påskud at mit kort ikke virkede, hvorefter “udlejer” så stjal 300 euro , fra selvsamme kort som ikke “virkede”, som han ville have i depositum .

Tror ikke der var noget overnatningssted, det er ren svindel og booking.com er fuldstændig ligeglade og er umulige at få kontakt med og ikke interesserede i at hjælpe med at få pengene igen.

Torremolinos.

Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel de l'agence beaucoup de mal à recevoir des réponses à nos questions. Le manque de propreté de l'appartement les équipements était néant.. juste un exemple nous étions 3 personnes et il y avait 2 petite cuillère ce vraiment pas normal.. même gratuitement plus jamais j'irai là-bas pour cette agence.

Bassenget fungerte ikke og kundeservice fra booking totalt fraværende. Elendig. Vi vil ha tilbake pengene våre for bassenget som ikke fungerte. Det ødela hele ferien.

Das Ü-Ei Apartment

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man ist direkt am Meer und kann den ganzen Tag einen unfassbaren Ausblick genießen.

Die verspätete Schlüsselübergabe bei über 30 Grad mit einem Baby, sollte nicht die einzige Katastrophe bleiben. Wir erhielten auch nicht das gebuchte Apartment, sondern ein kleineres. Der angegebene Hochstuhl war nicht vorhanden und wurde erst nach über 1 Woche an der Rezeption abgegeben. Allerdings hatten wir dann schon einen Stuhl gekauft gehabt. Klimaanlage funktionierte 2 Wochen nicht und der Whirlpool funktionierte natürlich auch nicht. Selbstverständlich kam nie eine Entschuldigung und von einer zeitnahen Rückmeldung kann man auch nicht sprechen. Selbst als die letzten 2 Tage eine Toilette nicht funktionierte, weil sie kein Wasser mehr zog, hatte sich keiner dafür verantwortlich gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sonst wirklich schön und für den Alltag ist einiges vorhanden. Außer abkassieren und viel Profit einfahren ist hier nicht gewünscht. Denn egal was man für einen Support benötigt, man bekommt grundsätzlich erst einmal eine Schuldzuweisung und dann evtl. Hilfe.
