La Casita del Mar is a welcoming, spacious holiday home in Torremolinos, ideal for families or friends. It offers 300 m² for up to 10 guests: eight in four bedrooms and two on a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an extra toilet.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and video calls, a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. A cot and high chair are available on request for an extra fee.
Outside, enjoy a private space to unwind, with a garden, several terraces (one covered), a balcony, barbecue and relaxing hot tub.
The location is excellent: just 100 m from a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, and 300 m from the beach. Public transport stops are very close by.
The property has one private parking space and free street parking. Families with children and up to 3 pets are welcome. Smoking and events are allowed; smoking outdoors is recommended.
Hourly cleaning and cooking services, plus cleaning or dry cleaning during your stay, are available for an extra fee. The home has security cameras and an alarm in shared areas, activated only in the event of an alarm or fire.
