Great clean house with lovely hosts

House was lovely,hosts were very helpful and friendly..had everything we needed. Hosts went above and beyond to help us out in every way. House was clean and comfortable. Most of the neighbours were very friendly and welcoming. Close to a supermarket and a few smaller shops also. Kitchen had everything needed to cook what we needed.

Was a bit of a walk to the beach and quite steep of a hill getting back to the house. No sunloungers allowed at pool area which made it hard to relax around the pool so we ended up going the beach most days.

Ideal family location

Very convenient location approx 15min walk to Benalmadena beaches, so away from the centre but close enough. Comfortable property for family , easy to use facilities and owner very helpful. Supermarket across the street . Unfortunately the pool wasn’t available for a couple of days but that was sorted . As I said the owner was very helpful and available for advice etc all in all a good place to stay.

Juan was a lovely host, very helpful, friendly and informative prior to and during our stay at his apartment Apartment was lovely and extremely spacious and with swimming pool right outside the terrace of the living room. The rooftop terrace was lovely and very relaxing and there were also 2 balconies off of two of the bedrooms. Very impressed. All amenities taken care of. Apartment was very clean and well maintained inside and outside. Would stay here again without a doubt! Thanks Juan for everything!

Fantastic break - just what we needed.

The property was conveniently located with supermarkets and a few bars/restaurants close by. It was a downhill walk to the beach and lots more bars etc but that was fine. The pool was a little chilly for me but the grandkids loved it. I'm sure it will warm up later in the season. Our host Juan was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us advice on travelling by train from the airport - the nearest station is El Pinilo, a 10 minute walk from the house. If you use that then simply use the tunnel to leave the station on the opposite side of the track. The house has everything that you need if you want to cook you own meals and a big fridge to keep your beer cool. It's a great place for a family stay. We had four adults, two children and a baby and had loads of room. Juan even provided a cot. We had a late flight on the day that we were leaving and it was no problem to leave our luggage there beyond the checkout time so that we did not have to cart round with us. We would stay there again if we ever go back to the area; we had a lovely holiday.

Dejlig stor lejligheded, gode senge, fint udstyret køkken med alt vi havde brug for. Pænt og rent Gode indkøbsmulighed stort set lige uden for døren. Fin og god kommunikation med udlejer.

Vi kunne lave det hele. Dog lidt koldt i underste etage, men vejret var også til den kølige side med massere af vind

La piscina compartida y la cantidad de habitaciones y distribución. Los vecinos y las instalaciones en general muy bien. El anfitrión muy majo también

El baño de abajo estaba bien pero para ducharse se estaba bastante apretado. Había una habitación que tenía una cama alta de la que debajo salia otra cama y para dormir estaba perfecto pero no había una mesilla o unos enchufes cerca.

Bardzo wygodny dla grupy siedmioosobowej (cztery sypialnie i dwie łazienki). Ogólnodostępny basen. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Blisko do plaży (15 minut spacerem). Blisko do stacji kolejowej (szybki dojazd na lotniski i do centrum Malagi) i sklepów.

Preiswerte Unterkunft für viele Personen mit eigenem Tiefgaragenstellplatz in einer etwas dürftig ausgestatteten Wohnung

Der Preis war wirklich angemessen für die Wohnung, jedoch kann man für den Preis auch kein Luxus erwarten. Der Platz in der Tiefgarage ist praktisch, auch wenn es recht eng ist, zum einparken. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, freundlich und es wurde immer sehr schnell geantwortet.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas dürftig, ein paar mehr größere Töpfe, Schalen und auch Besteck wäre gut, wenn man wirklich so für so viele Leute kochen will, wie in das Apartment auch reinpassen. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist doch recht laut, wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse sitzt. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist recht karg, es könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Ich weiß, dass in Spanien, die Ferienhäuser und Wohnungen oft deutlich einfacher und dürftiger ausgestattet sind als in Deutschland, jedoch fällt es immer wieder auf und wir würden gerne ein paar mehr Euro ausgeben und dafür eine gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung zu haben. Es fällt auch immer wieder auf, dass in den Ferienwohnungen wirklich oft das an Ausstattung, Geschirr, Küchenutensilien und sonstiges landet, was man so woanders nicht mehr brauchen kann oder möchte. Es würde wirklich einen positiven Unterschied machen, wenn man einmal gute und schöne Dinge für die Wohnung Kauft und sie etwas schöner dekoriert und gut ausgestattet, ich denke die Leute würden dann auch gerne etwas mehr Geld bezahlen wollen. Durch den schmalen Innenhof und die hohen Häuser hat man im Winter nur ganz kurz und wenig Sonne, im Sommer ist es bestimmt angenehm, wenn man Schatten hat. Aber im Winter ist es doch recht kalt, wenn man draußen sitzen will.

Maja vastas täpselt kirjeldusele. Esialgu jäi piltidel segaseks mitu magamistuba on(oli 4 privaatset magamistuba) Meeldis et majas oli kõik esmavajalik olemas, ei pidanud kohe poodi minema. Infoks, maja on kolme kordne, kellel näiteks väiksed lapsed või treppidest liikumisel raskusi. Majutaja oli väga vastutulekik ja lubas meile hilised check outi.

Kõik oli suurepärane, vaid WiFi levis kehvasti.
