MalagaSuite Beautiful Coast Apartments

Apartment was located in a great area, 7 mins to the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets. 15 min walk into the town and train station. Apartment had two terraces which was good. We were appreciative of the facilities such as kitchen roll, toilet roll, and washing tablets. Rooms were spacious. Air con in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. Really well equipped apartment with everything you could need. We were grateful we could leave our luggage in the storage room in the property until our check in time was ready.

We found a lot of issues due to poor communication. We felt it could have been avoided if communication was better. After a long travel day all we wanted to do was get into the apartment we had 7 keys on one set and one fob which didn’t even work and we spent easily 30 mins trying to navigate which keys were for which doors. If they were colour coded it would have been so much easier. If it was clearly stated also that the doors to leave the complex all had buzzers it would have saved so much stress trying to figure out how to even get out of the complex. We have never stayed in a building with gas before so we never knew it needed to be turned on to get hot water if that was communicated prior we would have had a much better first day it really left us with a bad first impression. We even had a neighbor get frustrated at us because our fob wasn’t working and he was really angry at the mgmt company saying it happens every week but once we figured everything out it was a breeze. The apartment also lists it has an oven, it does not. We managed without one but because it stated it had an oven and we booked this specific apartment with that knowledge. Perhaps an airfryer might be a good idea to have.

Ikke oppvaskmaskin, dårlig utstyrt kjøkkenting - vi var 4 voksne og to barn, ingen tallerkener var like - det var også kun fire stoler rundt spisebordet…Terrasse markise var kaputt, lå på flisene… Måtte også tømme svære dunker med vann fra aircondition- nesten daglig- rart system Byggearbeld tvers over gaten - men det gikk greit…
