Era espacioso y cómodo con una terraza monísima.

La limpieza de algunas zonas, la calle era muy ruidosa y se escuchaba todo de noche y la comunicación con el anfitrión.

The location is superb and the value for money very good. The host was very precise in providing all info for accessing the apartment with no problem also with a video showing exactly where and how getting keys and access the apartment. The apartment provides three separate large rooms and it is perfect for families and larger groups. I would definitely recommend the place.

cleanliness is good but can be improved and the towels are too old, too small, and not fragrantly cleaned for starting. AC is available in one bedroom and the living room. Something was wrong with the condensation drainage system (water started dripping inside the room when the outside container was still half full). The host is always precise in providing answer and available at any time. However, at times he appears to be a bit unfriendly and disconnected to the fact that visitors cannot be fully knowledgeable of local procedures. I am fundamentally referring to the fact that garbage does not have to be simply placed in the provided bins inside the apartment, but actually thrown inside street containers. When I pointed out that this is not a universal procedure (fundamentally because in different countries there are different ways to collect and dispose garbage and people are not lazy but they simply want to avoid making mistakes and being fined) the answer was quite unkind/rude. Although at the end I was allowed to leave the garbage inside the dedicated bins within the apartment I dispose them inside garbage containers on the streets as originally requested.
