Really good location and although basic it was clean

Balcony was a little small only made smaller by the AC unit.

Location was great, just few minutes walking from the busy central area of Torremolinos. The staff was very responsive on all our requests, and able to talk 3 languages. The flat is a reasonable size and there is a small balcony which is nice.

Lack of basic house stuff. No coffee machine just few cutleries, no bottle opener and not even a decent knife . The lights in the flat as well were really bright.

It was easy walking distance into San Miguel.

Had no drinks machine or snacks in foyer It would be better with a little bar. Or machines in the reception area

This slightly dated apartment was mostly satisfactory for our short (5 nights) stay. On the plus side, it is located in an at nighttime quiet neighbourhood, and just a 3-minute walk to the beginning of the “city centre pedestrian zone” (with all its shops, restaurants and big supermarket). Big thanks to the very helpful, efficient and charming receptionist (Susana) at the lobby’s front desk!

Cooking utensils, pots, pans and cutlery supplied are just enough to prepare a breakfast. Definitely missing is a teapot! The overhead light-fixture/ceiling lamp in the bedroom is rather annoying, as when turned off it still stays lit in a “dimmed night-light mode” (we solved this issue by covering it with aluminum baking/food foil to keep the room dark at night). Also be prepared to empty the containers (on the balcony) that catch the condense-/drip-water from the air-cons at least twice a day. The rather weak WiFi only works in the living room.
