Beautiful fews in very convenient location

The views are amazing. This is a beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. There is loads of space in the apartment. The balcony is a nice size to relax and the window in the living room has a beautiful view of the beach and marina. The apartment was clean and had everything we could need. There was 2 sets of keys and some kitchen basics like bags and sugar which was great. The beds were very comfortable and we would happily stay here again. Communication with the owner was very easy. The apartment is above shops so great for getting the basics and close to supermarket, cafes, pubs and so much more.

Such lovely helpful owners and answered all my questions. The property is large and with 3 bedrooms was exactly what we needed for our family. We know the area and it’s the best area in our opinion right behind the marina.

The area

Okay so we got to the place...reception had no English and left when we looked for a key and room... also we had to ring looking for a key. I think the owners did not care ..just get the money up front so I will not be going back...no 13 unlucky for some..told us we would have pool and bidet..sold something that was not at all.

Beautiful Apartment

It was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in as a family. The apartment is in an excellent location, lots of shops,restaurants, and bars beside it and just 5 minutes walk from the bustling Benalmadena Marina. It's up on the 13th floor, with an amazing panoramic view of the beach.All rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable, and there was conditioning in all of the bedrooms. The living room was bright and airy with comfortable sofas and amazing views. Staff were friendly and helpful, and communication between us and host/ apartment staff was extremely easy through booking.com. We would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families. The pool area is beautiful, lovely clean, well kept pool with life guard on duty. Poolside restaurant/bar was lovely, too.

The kitchen, while small, is functional with a quirky decor but could get very warm, so maybe a small air conditioning unit in there would be good. There wasn't a designated outdoor bin to put household waste in, and we ended up having to bring our rubbish to a public/ community bin outside on the street so that might be something that could be improved on. Other than that ,everything was fabulous 👌

Great location, very clean, comfortable, plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 3 teens, 2 children). Very helpful host. Accommodated us with a late checkout, which was very helpful. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurant.

Only one set of keys which was a bit awkward for our group as not always together and not always someone available to let you in through front door. Apartment on floor 13. The pool was closed during our stay (Easter holidays) and would not be opened until May when we enquired.

Ideal location and lovely views. Everything you needed was in the apartment.

Email had said keys were at reception but there isnt a reception so wasnt sure apartment number or how to get into it. Someone helped us and I ended up calling the landlord as there was a key safe outside the apartment and he gave us the code as the keys were inside.

Large apartment that is close to all amenities. beds are very comfy.

There is no oven or grill, so difficult to make anything except stove top food. There is also no cleaning equipment (floor cleaner, sprays etc).

Antonio waited to give us our keys. Kitchen was well equipped All very clean. WiFi good but no info so had to find it ourselves

The information on booking.com stated there was 24hr reception giving the impression of a holiday apartment. What we were met with was someone waiting outside to give us the keys. There was a security guard but certainly not reception. Antoni unfortunately didn’t speak any English and while we have some Spanish communication was impossible. There were only 6 beds despite being marketed for 7. We waited while Antonio phoned someone to discover a bed in the living room. There were no sheets for this. We had to make it up from spare blankets. One of the windows in the twin room had no glass and was patched up with wood and what looked like swimming pool float. This subsequently blew in during high winds

Vista espectacular

El piso es muy grande, tiene 3 habitaciones doble con aire acondicionado y un baño, cocina y salón con terraza cerrada con una vista al mar espectacular. (Planta 13) El piso estaba muy limpio y bien ubicado cerca de la playa y de los restaurantes...nos ha gustado mucho!!!

Uno de los colchones es un poco duro
