Excellent location. Owners very helpful. Good outside space. Plenty of towels and linen. Very secure and private. Lidl 1 minute walk.
Mosquitos in the garden area, maybe more plants that repel them.

The house is very spacious and tucked away from any noise from other neighbours, as well as the pool but we weren't aware that it is also next to a very busy and very noisy dual carriageway which is just something to be aware of.
The house is quite cool during the day and is next to a lidl which was very convenient. Bedrooms are good sizes and there are plenty of towels available. We were also given beach towels on request.
Check in was very easy. Damien was waiting for us when we arrived. Proximity to the beach a little too far but manageble with teenagers. We felt very safe in the gated community.
We really appreciated netflix when we wanted to relax in the afternoon and evening.
Sofa was very comfortable.
The private parking space was amazing
Unfortunately there were quite a few negatives which created a fair bit of stress during our holiday.
Firstly whilst cooking our first meal after arriving, the electricity kept cutting out every few minutes so we couldn't really finish cooking our meal. We have contacted the owners and they came out to have a look. We were told that if we are cooking we cannot have anything else electrical in the house, otherwise it would cut out. We were not aware of this, and it has been quite difficult to manage with 2 teen girls wanting to shower, dry hair, wash clothes, or just have air con and wifi on.
We felt like we were being told off for having more than one electrical appliance on at the time, which we felt was very unfair since we were on holiday and should be able to have the air con and oven on at the same time (for example) but we just got on with it because we didn't want the stress of it all. We therefore ended up eating out much more than planned. One of us has very severe dietary restrictions and requirements for medical reasons so we wanted to be able to cook for ourselves (the main reason we opted for a villa rather than hotel).
On arrival we found that the cleanliness of the house was not up to anyone's standard for what they would expect when visiting a holiday villa (downstairs toilet filthy with faeces, kitchen overall dirty especially the microwave, lots of crumbs in drawers). The rest of the house was okay.
One other issues during our two weeks stay was that the air con in the twin room on the 1st floor was very inefficient and our daughter found the room very very warm even with the air con on at max, which meant she had difficulty sleeping. We didn't notify the owners again because when we did for the first time we were told to just close the blinds during the day and open them at night, something that we were doing already (which obviously made little difference in the height of the spanish heat).
