Home from home, the accommodation is absolutely fantastic with everything you need for a great, restful holiday. Loads of towels, and the swimming pool was amazing too. The apartment block was spotlessly clean and Lidl was right across the road, which was great as no car. We loved having our breakfast in the garden, close to the main throng but so quiet too. I’ve already asked about booking for 2026! Can’t thank hosts enough.

Air con in one of the bedrooms was a little temperamental, but we had a fan and used it.

Excellent location and facilities.

Location to beach and marina very good. Lidl 2 minute walk away. House stayed cool during the day. Excellent communication with hosts and allowed an early checkin and late check out which was super for us. Everything you need facility wise. Good WiFi.

Umbrella near the sun loungers to create shade would be beneficial. *There is a retractable screen on the pergola beneath the outside dining area.

Could be an amazing holiday home but needs attention and deep cleaning...and pest control

The house is very spacious and tucked away from any noise from other neighbours, as well as the pool but we weren't aware that it is also next to a very busy and very noisy dual carriageway which is just something to be aware of. The house is quite cool during the day and is next to a lidl which was very convenient. Bedrooms are good sizes and there are plenty of towels available. We were also given beach towels on request. Check in was very easy. Damien was waiting for us when we arrived. Proximity to the beach a little too far but manageble with teenagers. We felt very safe in the gated community. We really appreciated netflix when we wanted to relax in the afternoon and evening. Sofa was very comfortable. The private parking space was amazing

Unfortunately there were quite a few negatives which created a fair bit of stress during our holiday. Firstly whilst cooking our first meal after arriving, the electricity kept cutting out every few minutes so we couldn't really finish cooking our meal. We have contacted the owners and they came out to have a look. We were told that if we are cooking we cannot have anything else electrical in the house, otherwise it would cut out. We were not aware of this, and it has been quite difficult to manage with 2 teen girls wanting to shower, dry hair, wash clothes, or just have air con and wifi on. We felt like we were being told off for having more than one electrical appliance on at the time, which we felt was very unfair since we were on holiday and should be able to have the air con and oven on at the same time (for example) but we just got on with it because we didn't want the stress of it all. We therefore ended up eating out much more than planned. One of us has very severe dietary restrictions and requirements for medical reasons so we wanted to be able to cook for ourselves (the main reason we opted for a villa rather than hotel). On arrival we found that the cleanliness of the house was not up to anyone's standard for what they would expect when visiting a holiday villa (downstairs toilet filthy with faeces, kitchen overall dirty especially the microwave, lots of crumbs in drawers). The rest of the house was okay. One other issues during our two weeks stay was that the air con in the twin room on the 1st floor was very inefficient and our daughter found the room very very warm even with the air con on at max, which meant she had difficulty sleeping. We didn't notify the owners again because when we did for the first time we were told to just close the blinds during the day and open them at night, something that we were doing already (which obviously made little difference in the height of the spanish heat).

Hidden gem

Everything, exactly as in pictures. You will want for nothing. Beautiful rooms, great garden with table, chairs sunbeds, inflatables for kids. Swimming pool in small community lovely and private and quiet. Located so central 5 minutes down to marina and beach, bars and restaurants beside it. Lidl immediately across the road. Susan is a lovely lady who will try and make it a perfect stay.

Cosy home from home. Very comfortable beds, nice linens and plenty of towels. Susan and Damian are wonderful hosts, very friendly and accommodating. House is very centrally located, about 5 minutes walk from beach and restaurants and Lidl is just outside the complex. We had a wonderful break.

A great stay in a great place

Excellent hosts with a beautiful house in a very central location close to Lidl and the beach. The train station is at a walking distance as well but you can park a rented car in a private parking in front of the building. The house is very well furnished, you wont miss anything.

The moscitos are unpleasant in the area and the chandelier in the entrance hall should be placed higher if you dont want to hit your head.

This is not the host's fault but the pool hrs were more restricted than I realised. It doesn't open until 11am and there's a quiet period 3pm til 5pm (so no small children). Pool closes 10pm. No balls or lilos in pool, however we did take rings and noodle for the children. This is fine for most people but with young children this wasn't ideal. This is due to many people living in the complex, not just being on holiday. We understood the reasons but this may have affected my choice had we known. We were bitten a lot, this is no fault of the hosts but please take mosquito plugs, spray and bite cream.

Great location, property has plenty of space and very well stocked and furnished. Second toilet was great for us as a family of 6. Gated community felt very safe. Would certainly revisit if I was coming back to this area.

We had a relaxing time in a beautiful home in an amazing location 🥰

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Susan had a travel cot and highchair set up for us too which was brilliant. Such attentive hosts. Damian shared the location of the property at the time we would be travelling to the house which was perfect. He met us outside the house so we didn’t need to wait to be let in. He gave us a quick tour of the house which was perfect when you are travelling with 2 small children and need to get them settled. Thank you so much!! I’m so glad we found your place on booking.com. The photos match the property. Clean, roomy, bright, comfortable. Quiet yet very near all attractions. It was lovely to stay here. We had a really lovely week. We both decided early on we will definitely revisit. Local transport good. Local bars and shops good. Great walks along the coast with lots of shops and bars. Fabulous marina near.

Fantastic location, fantastic owners, fantastic holiday!

This is our 2nd stay here. We have 4 teenagers, the location and facilities allows the children to be independent. The house is large enough that we are not on top of each other but has big enough social areas for us to all be together.

The power did fuse a few times when cooking but we were warned of this on arrival. Whenever there was an issue the owners sorted these straight away.

The host was waiting at the property for us. Communicated with us about our arrival time despite delays. The property was well equipped and had everything needed for a great stay. Including inflatables and buckets and spades for the kids to borrow which was a nice touch! Effective air conditioning in all bedrooms which made sleeping comfortable. The property stayed cool downstairs so air-con was not required. Everything was clean and well maintained. Cooking/cleaning facilities were available along with a barbeque which saved us money on our holiday by being able to eat in. The private outside garden was great for eating and relaxing. The lovely pool open from 10am - 10pm is fairly quiet, especially in the mornings. Great for kids and grown-ups alike. The local Spaniards living/holidaying in the complex were perfectly pleasant. The area around the property is very quiet but there are 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance (Lidl, Mercadona, Carrefour) with everything you need. The main beach is a 10-minute downhill walk manageable even with younger children. There are a number of lovely beaches further afield. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the surrounding expanded area and beachfront. Check out process was very easy.

Difficult to find authentic Spanish food/drink in the area, a lot of choices are very touristy and we prefer authentic. Perhaps we just didn't know where to look!. That said, there are plenty of options and we enjoyed all the meals we had.

Excellent spacious Villa.

This Villa was amazing. Great location, Lidl just opposite, 5 minute walk to Marina. Lots of bars and restaurants. Lovely private outside garden, very spacious rooms, traditional Spanish decor. Marble staircase. Seaview. Top floor balcony off 3rd bedroom. Lots of fluffy towels and extra bedding. Very well equipped kitchen. Hosts Susan and Damian very helpful and accommodating.
