VB Goya Design House 3BR marina

Excellent communication throughout, good location, very clean and we would 100% book again. The accomdation was well kitted out with everything we needed for our stay and the open plan downstairs lounge/ diner/ kitchen suited our group of 7 friends perfectly. The shared pool was a great addition to our stay and it was lovely to cool off there after a long day on the beach or drinking cocktails in the marina! The private garden area was perfect with plenty of seating. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away and it took us around 6-8 minutes to walk to the beach/ marina.

We loved it all! The house was peffect for our annual 'Framily' girlie break (ages 20-53)

The property was very clean and well presented and was close enough to the Marina, beach and local shops etc. The private front area was ideal for sunbathing and relaxing and the patio doors to the villa opened straight out onto this area. The local supermarket was only 2 or 3 minutes walk away so was ideal for shopping and getting fresh pastries and milk in the morning. All the facilities inside were available including washing machine and dish washer. The 3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms was ideal for families.

The shared pool area was very clean and well presented but as it was at the rear of the property and didn't really have any area for sunbathing we found it difficult with our 8yr old son when he wanted to swim (he loves being in the pool) as it meant he could only go in when we were there to supervise which we could do much more easily had the pool and sunbathing area been together like other Villas. The location was very good but the hill up to the property from the beach/Marina is quite challenging for older people who may find it a struggle. For younger families it is not a problem at all but we found my Mum (she'd hate me revealing her age) found it tough. Although there is nothing that can be done about the proximity to the road, the traffic noise from the main road is loud sometimes, particularly from people beeping at each other for some inexplicable reason (maybe that's just the British in me).

It was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and pillows and sheets.

On the pictures it looks like there is a private pool, although it doesn’t specify one way or the other, the photos are miss leading. The pool water looked dirty which was surprising has the house was very clean.
