For shared use: garden 1'500 m2 with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift, washing machine. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km. Nearby attractions: Cocodrilo Park 2 km, Aqualand 2 km, Puerto Marina 1 km, Benalmadena 1 km, Malaga 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
