Lovely beach vibe apartment with everything you need

We were a family of 4 that stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and had everything that you needed. The terrace was a lovely bonus which we used frequently. The owner was very kind and welcoming. We loved the beach vibe of the apartment. Beach towels and beach umbrella were provided which was great. Loved our stay here. Would back anytime

The kids found the twin beds uncomfortable. Either then that we had no negative feedback

Stupendo e rilassante

Pulizia ottima e bell’appartamento, molto comodo per raggiungere le spiagge di Fegina (5 min a piedi) e la stazione dei treni. Letti comodi, cucina ben attrezzata e giardinetto rilassante con un tenero micio dei vicini che veniva a farci visita ogni giorno. Luciano si è mostrato fin da subito molto disponibile con noi. Abbiamo passato una fantastica settimana e consiglio vivamente l’appartamento. Se mai tornassimo a Monterosso, sceglieremo di nuovo questo appartamento!

Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Garden courtyard was big and private with ocean glimpses. Apartment was big enough and our host was very helpful and waited around for us to check us in when we arrived late.

Great place, great location, great host. I would come back here again!

Luciano is a great host. Our train was late and he waited for us, met us outside, showed us the elevator, all the amenities of the place and suggestions for activities. Welcome gift of a bottle of wine and cookies! The apartment is lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed having aperitif out on the terrace. Thank you, Luciano!

Not a sea view , good hosts and an okay space

The location is nice - walking distance to the beach. Luciano and Sabrina were both nice- they accommodated our request for a late check in and as the nights were getting cooler we requested blankets and they readily provided us.

The description says there's a "sea view". If you plan to book this place beware that there's no sea view - not how a normal person would define it. You can view the sea in a small corner if you stand at a specific location in the terrace. This we found as a shame and that isn't trust inspiring at all. The price we paid for the room also doesn't justify well.

Highly recommend!

Luciano was incredibly helpful! He met us to give us the keys and tell us more about details within the unit. He gave us advice for things around the town and cinque terre. This town is the best one to stay in, it's more open and has more restaurants. The location of the apartment was so close to the beach. It's so comfortable!

Our stay in the Monterrosso Garden House exceeded our expectation. It is located very close to the ocean. It was clean, modern with a beachy vibe. All four of us were comfortable staying there. Loved having a patio area outside that was spacious and we could eat outside with my family. Luciano was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine, cookies and a large bottle of water as well. He met us on the first day to show us the property and hand over the keys. Would highly recommend booking Monterrosso Garden House!

The apartment is near to the beach. It has a lovely private garden which is perfect for breakfast, dinner or reading book. The kitchen is well equipped only a microwave oven missing. Maybe the apartment is recently renovated, the bathroom and kitchen are so nice. Air conditioner works well and silently. The flat was so comfortable. The owner is friendly and helpful. The price is include a safe and fully covered garage.

We enjoyed a very convenient and comfortable stay while exploring amazing Cinque Terre!

Luciano's apartment was very clean and comfortable and offered amenities that allowed us to feel right at home during our stay. We prepared simple meals in the kitchen and enjoyed them on the terraced patio. We were able to do laundry which was really a bonus considering all of the hiking we did on very hot days. The location is wonderful and easy to get to from the train station. Luciano was extremely gracious and helpful and shared lots of suggestions on how we could best enjoy our time in Cinque Terre! We would definitely stay here again - amazing experience hiking, swimming, enjoying apperitivo and amazing meals while exploring all 5 villages! Thank you, Luciano!!

Luciano was super kind, showed us around the apartment, recommended some restaurants, and the best: we had a welcome Bottle of wine (super nice detail!) The apartment is super cute, comfy and clean! Is just about 100mts from the beach, and has Parking (believe me, this is crucial if you are driving).

Private parking space, very close to the beach and train station. It also has a little private garden! Friendly and helpful owner, very responsive.

All good. The outlets next to the bed made a low annoying noise. A chair for a baby would be a bonus.

We had a pleasant stay there :) The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The garden of the apartment is lovely. It takes only a couple of minutes to go to the main beach of the village. The owner of the apartment was a nice man, he gave us very detailed instructions.

The perfect spot to explore The Cinque Terre from.

Garden House is a well maintained apartment on the doorstep of Monterosso, the first of the five villages of the Cinque Terre heading South.

The cute little terrace has stunning views of the Tuscan backdrop of the coastline. Luciano the owner was super helpful and accomodating. We are a family of three and we're very comfortable in Luciano's tastefully decorated apartment and highly recommend staying here.

Nice little flat. Everything is working (electricity, water, shower, internet, aircondition, lights, locks, ect...). Very clean, 5min from the main-tourism-promenade of monterosso. Possible to walk the hole Cinque Terre hiking trail starting from this flat. Luciano made a informative introduction even late in the night.

Train moves near the flat, for sensitive people earplugs recommended.
