Good location close to train station, supermarket & restaurants
Cozy & spacious enough for 3 pax
Washing machine with laundry area for our use
Host Benedetta was super friendly, helpful & responsive even at night, & even came to say goodbye on our last day!
Long narrow path & multiple stairs with limited lighting to get to the property; difficult for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage
Tight space in the shower & toilet
Would have been great if hand wash, shower gel & shampoo could be provided

Location great, host met us on arrival and helpful all round.
Damp / ammonia smell very noticeable particularly after rain. The sofa bed could do with an upgrade if selling as a third person bed. Rubbish / recycle system could be labeled to help with sorting.
