Perfect homely apartment near to the beach.

Really nice apartment. It felt very homely. The beds were comfy. It was in a good location. Quiet but with an easy short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.

This wasnt an issue for us but you will have to walk up quite a few outside steps to get to the apt. My mum is 75 but she managed it fine.

Great location.

The location was perfect. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, market, and restaurants. Our host was fantastic. We forgot a package and she is working hard to get it shipped back to us in the US. Oh and the washing machine was a big plus since we traveled light we needed clean clothes!

Great communication with host. They sent wonderful pictures and a video that made the place so easy to find. This is in the new part of town when the rooms are much nicer. I would stay here again.

I couldn’t find a utensil to use in the kitchen, perhaps I looked in wrong spot.

The apartment is located about 200 yards from the beach and is close to the railway station, so quite convenient for everything. The apartment is spotless and well equipped. So is the kitchen. Our host was very gracious and welcoming and was available at all times when needed. If I go back to Monterosso I will stay here again.

The kitchen facilities & equipment were superb. Unfortunately there was little in the way of ingredients at the local markets to cook up so the kitchen went largely unused.

Just the perfect place for the 3 of us. Steps away from amenities and the beach. Outdoor space and washing machine were a real bonus. Hosts are very accommodating. We are already planning our return!

An amazing place to stay.

It was located near the beach, restaurants and the train station. Extremely clean. The host were so attentive.

There were a lot of stairs to carry luggage from the road.

Super nice hostess. There were even fresh lemons from the own cultivation. Very good facilities (even beach towels were provided, the kitchen had everything you need). Good location, you can be at the beach in five to ten minutes.

The train noise (also at night) is indeed somewhat disturbing. But in my opinion, that's the price you pay for perfect transport connections by train.

Clean and well equipped

It’s in Monterosso del Mare in the Cinque Terre, so what more could you want. The first of five cities, close to the beach and the train to the other four towns. Isotta the host was very nice and helpful. Super clean and modern. Better than the photos depict. Felt very safe and secure behind two locked doors.

Quite a few steps to manage with heavy luggage. The train rolls through even at night which woke me up a few times. The garage is a bit tricky to enter and exit, especially with a station wagon like ours and costs 15€ per night.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa y de la estación de tren. La terracita. El alojamiento muy completo.

El acceso y por la noche en el camino hay poca luz. La ducha.

美しいモンテロッソの海辺に近い静かな滞在先

現地の狭い道を通って、建物までたどり着くのがとても面白かったです。オーナーさん、実際に会っていないのですが、WhatsApp でのやり取りで凄く素敵な方だと感じました。食事が出来るキッチン、寝室が2つ、外には座れる場所があり、ゆったりと過ごせました。外で足を洗えるのも助かりました。夜は静かです。又来てみたいと思います。洗濯機がありますが、結構大きい音という事もあり、何故か結局は手であらって、外で干しておくとすぐに乾きました。ゴム手袋入れてご自分でサクッと洗って、サクッと干しておくのがお薦めです。洗濯物が盗まれる事も無かったです。日本の夏でもそうですが、食後に食べかすを散らしておくとアリさんが来ますので、食後は各自でしっかりと片付けして下さい。モンテロッソでゆったりとした部屋を、夏休みに比較的安く2泊400弱で予約出来たと思ってます。何よりも海が綺麗でしたし、波のある海に大喜びのドイツ育ちの息子でした。

シーツとタオルが真っ白で、フカフカだったらなと思いましたが、民泊でタオルが付いてるだけ有難いな～と思います。
