Friendly owners. Lovely continental breakfast.
Unfortunately, there was road construction on the days we arrived and departed which delayed us from checking in. We killed time in town at Sean’s Bar and grabbed some dinner until the road was opened back up again. Everything else was grand and I would imagine the road construction was just bad timing for us.

Very nice bed and breakfast. Our room was comfy and super clean. The host was very friendly and helpful, she gave us plenty of recommendations about the local area (where to eat/drink, etc.). The breakfast was delicious - it even included homemade soda bread! We truly recommend this place for your next stay in Athlone!
