    We had a twin room with loads of space had a nice breakfast . I would highly recommend having a spa treatment ..it was wonderful Also has a very nice pool area with steam room All the staff we met were very pleasant

    I stayed at Sheraton Hotel Athlone with my partner to celebrate our anniversary, a special occasion that was clearly communicated at the time of booking. I specifically requested a king bed, yet on arrival we were given two single beds pushed together. This was not a minor inconvenience. The beds kept separating throughout the night, making it extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep properly. As a result, our anniversary celebration was completely ruined. For a hotel operating under the Sheraton brand, this level of disregard for confirmed guest requests and basic comfort is unacceptable. If a king bed is unavailable, this should be clearly communicated in advance — not discovered at check-in. I am extremely disappointed and believe this experience warrants compensation, whether in the form of a refund, partial refund, or goodwill gesture. I expect hotel management to take responsibility and respond appropriately.
