Everything had to be paid for. Not even a complimentary cup of coffee and the worst part when I was booking the total was $432 and what came off my card was $662. I need some clarification as to the amount of money that came off my card.

This partments gives you a place where you can stay for a little or stay for a lifetime…… All you have to do is imagine… then wake up and relax, because this amazing House has it all. Situated in one of the best locations in Hollywood Beach, just a few steps from the some of the beach, it is also just a few minutes from downtown. The open floor plans, with minimal doors and wall separations. In keeping with today’s lifestyle, the house is designed to be functional but also warmer and cozy!!

This property was the best I ever have stayed in Miami area . Location couldn’t be better (Walmart 500 meters, Burlington 1.200 meters and many many other options of stores and restaurants within a walking distance). It was full equipped with beach accessories , not to mention kitchen groceries and bathroom stuff . It really felt like home Cedric was very responsive to please us all ours needs

the property itself is great, has great amenities and in a good location.

the unit I stayed at 6CU had their AC broken during my entire stay. it was so uncomfortable to sleep, and the bed is so bouncy that it’s even hard to sleep there. I was there for a conference and they kept messaging me to get the AC fixed but it never got fixed. I had to ask for a fan, and they brought it but I just feel that there’s no initiative. the place itself is clean, no issues there and the guy who’s the contact person has been very helpful. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again, it was a terrible experience and I hope that the owners pay more attention to stuff like this in the future.

Great relaxing stay!

Staff were really friendly, the apartment was clean and had everything you needed. The balcony had the sun all afternoon, easy access to the pool and beach. Host was really helpful and had some nice extra touches in the apartment. A lovely relaxing break.

Vacay spot away from Busy boardalk area

Pool area clean and comfortable chairs/loungers. Beach access convenient, I liked it was away from the crowded boardwalk. Cafe in the Tides is a nice option for breakfast and lunch. Was walking distance to a few restaurants. About a 4 min drive to parking at Boardwalk area- don't let your meter run out! Rent bikes in area and take to Boardwalk

Parking process and extra fees are frustrating but it was posted in listing so wasn't a surprise. Refund for key fob/door access should be given.

Superb

The locality of this place is great, pool and beach were also good, we can not really complain about anything. We also had a pair of beach chairs in the apartment so we did not have to worry about available chairs or rent any at the beach. If we needed something response from landlord through Booking chat was immediate and all our questions were answered. We really enjoyed stay here and it is a good value for the price.

Shower diverter was little bit broken and I would also appreciate hand shower but these are not big issues.

Nicely iocation but super expensive and I felt unwelcome

The room and pool were amazing.

There were a lot additional charges from the building not mentioned on booking.com: $75 to park and $30 charge to get key fob for the building. Also, the person listing the room had forgotten to enter our info into the. Building's computer, causing an hour wait to get our keys. Finally, the pool closes at 7, which is too early.

Not what I expected. Beach was covered in sea grass

Good location

Pool closed down at 7pm cause of the stupid covid rules they have implemented. Just a note this place was the only place in the area that was mandating mask. The rooms as advertised in the pic was not the room we got and the air conditioning was having issues. Had to have a repair guy come out twice to fix. Also the beach was covered in sea grass and ocean had sea grass at least 20 yards out in the ocean.

Wonderful Stay

Unit is exceptional nothing not to like so comfortable. Was very happy that I chose it

I cant say enough how much I loved this unit. Everything you need is there. The landscaping is like a Caribbean Resort 2 pools beautiful beach there is beach chairs and tons of flots etc in unit or you can rent loungers and umbrellas at the beach. There is a cafe in the adjoining building very European with cappuccino pastries salads sandwiches wine beer etc that delivers for free to the beach pool and unit its awesome prices are reasonable and the delivery is quite good. The unit has 3 different coffee makers Kruger espresso and standard drip. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and linens were exceptional. Cedric our contact was wonderful. Only disappointmentswas the unit didn't have a ocean view it was in the front of the building again it is lushly landscaped and at night its beautiful looking at all the lights from the city view. There is not a lot to walk to the boardwalk is about 1.5 miles away and best restaurants are 2 miles away. We took uber and city has an electric car that is a dollar a ride
