The hotel itself was beautiful. Valet customer service was great.
The outside bar was disgusting when we arrived (there may have been 7-8 people at the bar)and the 2 bartenders that were there were biased toward the single woman at the bar and it took my husband and I quite awhile before being acknowledged. Once the shift change occurred the bartenders coming on cleaned up the bar and reorganzied everything to where it looked and felt cleaner. There were dirty dishes, napkins and glasses everywhere. The straws were being touched by guests along with the fruit and none of it was thrown out.
I reserved an OCEAN FRONT room and recieved an Ocean view. I wasn't happy about that and the front desk said there was nothing they could do to assist me with the matter. The balcony was very dirty with minimal seating.
