Good location for beach and Miami Bad staff and not very clean throw up on the floors on multiple occasions

Location to beach

Pool far too overcrowded. Long waits for elevators in March can’t imagine July or August. Staff was incredibly rude. Except the parking staff they were nice. Front desk and pool staff very rude. The pool was way too crowded with no seating. Meanwhile there are 30 chairs empty in a whole section reserved for owners, not a single owner sitting in the section but yet they still don’t allow other guest to use the section.

Lovely view, great beach, pool experience mediocre and neighborhood is limited.

I loved the beach, that chairs, umbrella and towels were provided. Swimming in ocean was clean and incredible. Any seaweed was picked up early morning. View from our room on 37th floor was amazing. Only got morning sun on our balcony. Valet parking was easy to utilize. Appreciated that staff monitored empty chairs that had stuff on it in an attempt to hold for hours (after 30 min, they took pics, would wait a little longer, then remove property for guests who were there). Ample closet/storage space in bedroom. Comfortable beds. Outdoor seating on patio. Juice bar across the street amazing for açaí bowls and smoothies. THE BEST guacamole from beachside restaurant

Pool area - very small for how large property is. If you aren’t at pool early, won’t get chairs. 20% automatically added to any drink/food order. Venting in the plumbing in our unit was off - funky smell in bathrooms as a result. Awful lighting in bathroom - if you are someone that appreciates lighting for makeup/getting ready. No fans in any rooms. Only down pillows - would have appreciate a variety of firmness for the price of the rental. Not many things within walking distance - restaurant or just walking for exercise with ease.

The room was in great condition and had a magnificent view of the water and surrounding city. Beach and pool are also well maintained and welcoming. All around, my family loved the property and what it had to offer. Was a nice relaxing week.

Prices at the bar and restaurant are a bit high. We had a couple of drinks on our date night away from the kids on the property but then went to the boardwalk for more drinks and a couple of appetizers. No other issues for us.

Very good

It was a great location room was clean and comfortable. Please show pics of what the room actually looks like. Although it was a nice room it showed a jacuzzi tub and shower but we only got the shower. Please go visit the spa the massage was awesome!

The only thing is there were no towels I had to go out to buy towels, the stove did not work. It had a lock that we couldn’t get off. Also the pool closed super early at 7:00 which means I couldn’t go for a night swim after the beach close.

The apartment did not have towels enough, I was there for 5 days 4 people… the kitchen disposal was not working… they didn’t had blankets just 1 bed with a cover for the price that I paid I was expecting a pleasant experience. almost 3k for 5 nights between the apartment the resort and parking.

Disappointing

The place was Nice and clean but from the First Day we had problème with smok detector and also we had no safe box and if you see on my email I had to spend some time in the room waitting for people to come fix my problem but the didnt come so all day long we had to carry laptop and my kids iPad all passports and all my value item with me cause of safe box that we didn't have and also I reserved Airbnb to not pay too much for meal but I did cause of smock detector

We liked the amenities, spacious apartment, spacious balcony.

the beach chairs were located 5 minute walk in the sand from the hotel. the sheets were stained and the reception could not do anything about it since we booked through here. the apartment was clean for the most part but it could’ve been a little more clean. the keys weren’t working properly so we had to keep going back to the receptionist. the coffee shop closed at 1 pm so it was hard to get any snacks after 1 pm

not worth the luxury price, would never recommend.

it’s a newer, modern building with so much potential.

Firstly, the main pool was not working and apparently had not been working for several weeks prior to my arrival. this was a big inconvenience and should have been compensated monetarily. Another HUGE inconvenience is that the beach chairs/beach service & towels that you pay a daily resort fee for are located so far away from you. I spent extra money to book a beachfront property so that I would have the convenience of walking out of the hotel and straight onto the beach with my son. Instead, I had to lug our beach bag, toys and coolers11mins down the beach to where our hotel’s chairs were located. Also, there is no food or drink service being offered at the beach chair location. Lastly, we arrived at our rental condo to find it disgustingly dirty. Food leftover hanging from the kitchen island, sticky residue on all light switches, refrigerator and oven handle, hair and sand all over the floor, and the list goes on. Just nasty, I had to go buy a vacuum and other cleaning products to clean and sanitize as I had asked them if there was one that I could borrow and they said no.

BEWARE before you book!!!! Read additional google reviews, they are all true. this place is falsely advertised. Rooms are falling apart, AC did not work, maintenance came to try and fix it and didn’t even have a flashlight asked to use my phone light, that I had to hold for him, lights in the room didn’t work, no towels (2 bath towels for 5 days) 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 days) $20 each additional roll. roaches or other crawling insects in room. Elevators took 20-45 minutes if your lucky enough to get on. No pool lounge chairs available, if you find one and leave it, your belongings get removed without notice even if you are in the pool. security walks around the pool as if it was a correctional facility. the staff is nasty. the beach chairs are a 10 minute walk from the actual hotel, everything about this place is terrible, for the cost you are better off at a real resort. parking is an additional cost of $40 a night plus tax. other families just picked up and left to other resorts due to terrible accommodations.

One issue was the tv didn’t provide closed captioned as I attempted to to turn on w/o luck then had to report the issue to tech crew to fix the issue . It did after that. I appreciated the service .

The place where we stayed need to be painted on the walls as well on door trim. They need to fix the base boardunder the dishwasher. They also need to buy a large fry pan and wine opener. They also need to add more outdoor patio cushions. Also need to add a baking dish to cook with in the oven.

Needed a vacation after this vacation

The place we rented had dirty spots all over the rugs, one of the stools for the island was broken in pieces and left in closet when we got there, the wait time for elevator was to long, they charged us for amenities because we booked 3rd party and charged us an extra 500.00 for what I do not know, can't get a hold of anyone!!!!

The location and the room was spacious

We had a very difficult time getting the key from the box and trying to open it was another challenge. The manager had to call someone else since he couldn't open it either. The room with the two beds was not clean....the pillows had hair on them....so we washed on the first day we arrived.

STAY AWAY - Dirty, unsafe rental that charges for toilet paper

We arrived to a broken oven, hair in the beds, bathrooms not cleaned, broken doors leaning against a wall, and smoke detectors taken down from the walls (against federal law). While the property owner did send housekeeping to clean on the second day, the apartment was still in bad condition - peeling drywall, stained carpets, etc. It was nothing like the photos and clearly violating the hygiene standard listed on Booking.com. We couldn’t change rooms because this isn’t booked directly through the hotel, and Booking.com wouldn’t help because it was non-refundable. We didn’t have enough toilet paper, and the company told us we’d have to pay for more. Save your money and stay away.
