The bedrooms got a little hot and had no fans...all of the air-conditioning seemed to go into the living room and kitchen area. But it was still very comfortable and great.

The layout was great, with a bedroom that included a bathroom on either side of the kitchen/common area. The view of the ocean was fantastic. Communication with staff was good.

We enjoyed our stay and the location. The cleanliness could have been better in the room.

Location was excellent. Right on the beach. Close to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Nice to have a kitchen area. Quiet location. Grocery store was about .8 miles away, very convenient. Only about 15/20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Liked the setup of the room.

Bathroom shower was dirty. Sheets did not look like they had been changed. Bed was set but pillow case had makeup stain and felt like sand in the bed. We asked for sheets the next day since it was late at night and I don’t think the person who cleans the hotel worked at night. Kitchen could have had a few more plates/bowls and an ice tray. No ice was available in the room. Place has lounge chairs you could use on the beach, but only about 6 to 8 so they were in use most of the time. It would be nice if the place had beach chairs available to use or rent for the week.

Walked to the boardwalk in the evenings and saw bands at Margaritaville.

Awesome location and view of the beach. King beds were comfy and loved the layout of the two bedroom two bath.

We had to fight for the chaise lounge chairs - not enough for all guests.

Nice vacation at perfect location

It’s a nice and clean motel located at the beach, which gives it a unique advantage. The room was recently renovated and the furnishings/appliances inside were neat. Free parking option was great. The hotel host at reception was friendly and helpful.

-The sunbeds are falling apart; they are very old; they need to be changed. -There are a lot of smokers smoking at the same time right at the door of the rooms, and there is no hotel staff to warn them. -We stayed for two weeks, but there was no room cleaning or towel change; I was expecting someone to clean the room or change towels once in a week at least. -There should be more hangers in the bathroom, and the bathroom window should be able to open.

Great place to stay!

I spent there couple days to take rest during my Florida trip. It was great choice. Hotel is situated right on the beach, neighbourhood is safe, clean and quiet. Price is reasonable, good value for money. Unfortunately I haven't met the owner personally but he was easily reached out through mobile when needed. I fully reccomend.

We enjoyed the stay. If we ever return to the area we would consider a long term stay.

The location is on the beach with views of the beach and Ocean from every room. Since parking in the area is a potential problem, the dedicated parking space for the unit rented was very much appreciated.

There was no elevator. We had to walk up to the second level.

Great location. Private. Quiet. Literally a few steps from the beach!

Steps from the beach. Easy Parking. Quiet. Safe area. Very comfortable space. Lots of room for our family. Views from room were fabulous! Linens were clean and crisp. Lots of storage space for your luggage and hooks for beach stuff. AC cold in the hot Florida heat!

Only complaint was cleanliness. The floors were not cleaned. The fridge and drawers could have used some sprucing up. We did not cook or really eat there in the room, only snacks, however, I did go and buy some paper good and plastic utensils as the options were quite limited and not really cleaned. There is no dishwasher in the room. The bathrooms were not cleaned well, one toilet was clearly not cleaned. The room is older and fixtures dated. There is no pool on premise (didn't realize this when booking - not that big a deal but since there was so much seaweed in the water it would have been nice. The outdoor showers were a decent substitute to cool off though!!!)

Very good

The morning view is extraordinary and being able to walk just a couple of feet to the on beach is ideal. My space was perfect. It was clean, private, cozy and safe. I checked in very late and was grateful for the emergency number posted on the admin door. I was most thankful for Antonio who picked up the phone and informed me my room was open and with keys on the table.

I feel I “got lucky” with neighbors, but could see a potential for peolple feeling a bit too much at home and forgetting about other guests.

We had a wondeful time!!

The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. We loved the location. The beach wasn't crowded and we were close to the boardwalk. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was so comfortable and to be able to see the ocean right from your bedroom and living room was wonderful. It is literally right on the beach. It is an apartment with everything you need. We were designated a parking space which was nice ( there is no additional charge for parking). Beach towels and chairs were provided which was also very nice. It was our first stay at Shore View and we were very pleased!

Superb

The room was spacious and adorable. No parking fee and we were allow to use the laundry room. The guy at checkin was very accommodating and he made sure we were satisfied. Directly on the beach but in a quiet spot. Far enough from noise but close to the action. I will be going back soon.

The hotel is right on the beach, literally out your door. Staff was responsive and very friendly. We came in early off of a cruise ship and they had our room ready and made accommodations on the spot so we could get into our room early and quickly with just a few minutes of warning. The room was well accommodated and the bed was super comfy. Property itself is quiet, but just a short 1/2 mile walk to all the action of the Hollywood Broadwalk. I recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to the north side of the Broadwalk and walking back from there, it’s a lovely 2 miles total with shops and restaurants on the way.

No pool, but the ocean was right there!!
