Good location, terrible apartment overall.

It was close to where I needed to be. That’s it.

The apartment needs a full gut job. Door frames are rusty, the shower is full of crumbling drywall, it smells terrible throughout. The beds were dirty, the unit was full of dented, scratched, and generally broken furniture. Electrical in the main room- outlets won’t keep plugs connected and none of them looked well maintained. Bedroom closet had a damp / moldy drop ceiling. The kitchen features open electrical connections that a young child could easily get hurt if they touched the exposed wires to the garbage disposal. Overall this place was a dump.

Beach proximity

I booked a Garden View and they placed us in a ‘Parking Deck View’ room. We were literally 3 ft next to the multilevel parking deck. DO NOT BOOK GARDEN VIEW! After complaining about this false advertisement, they had the audacity to say if we looked straight down and you’ll see the grass. I mean, if we looked straight up, we’d see the sky. Why not call it the Sky View? On top of that, the apartment was not cleaned. There was garbage, cigarette ashes, among other gross things that just screamed COVID party. After speaking to someone about it they said they would move us to another room for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the very next day they called me to say that I needed to go back to the Parking Lot View room, because they rented the room out to someone else. I was so disgusted by the service that I checked out. They would not refund me for the remaining 2 days that I did not stay there. After filing a complaint with Booking, they managed to get the cleaning fee back. Which is something the property should’ve already offered to do to begin with. Avoid this property! It is not worth it.

I payed for a garden view, and I got a balcony with a parking lot wall view with a door that couldn’t be open. No view at all. Poor cleaning. There where lots of ants in the kitchen and a leftover container in the refrigerator.

Sadly Disappointed

Unfortunately nothing. Unless you're someone who wants a large kitchen to cook in while on vacation.

The arrival was that of an air BnB not a hotel experience. The air BnB experience is not a bad one if you expect it. While Jose was nice, it was a bit strange 'following' him to pay for parking, then to go get the keys to the building (from an area that looked like a service delivery entrance), then to park, and then to our room. The room had an awful smell upon entering while for the most part looked clean. The worst part was the description of the sleeping accommodations were misleading. It said it had 1 king, and 2 twins. We saw 1 King and 1 twin. We thought maybe the other twin was one of the 2 sofas in the living area. It was not. Also, there is no assistance with luggage. You have to go to the front desk to get a key. You have to leave them your license while you go unlock a luggage cart, load your luggage, take it through a loading area, and up a cargo elevator.
