Amazing trip!!

It was an amazing trip with my husband and parents in law. The staff was very kind, the apartment was amazing with everything we needed and a stunning view from the ocean. Also, the jacuzzi was very warm and the location was just perfect.

There were 5 elevators for about 400 apartments, so it took some time for it to get to your floor. Also, if you think you're not going to the beach that often, it doesn't make sense to pay the extra fee for the sunbeds and sunshade.

The view of the private owned apartment and the Hyde had very pleasant employees working all had great customer service.

Great place for a long stay, however since I rented privately I did not get the housekeeping perks. The place could be much cleaner sheets was dirty. Also not all electricity sockets worked need a bit of maintenance done on the place.

The corner apartment is breath taking!! The views are unmatched and I travel often, never seen anything like it. Each window gave a different view and we loved all of them. There are washer/dryers, pots, silverware but you need to do a Walmart run before you check in, there are no vending machines nor restaurants in the apartments.

The beach felt like a hike from the apartments. There was a wooden table and chair broken up in pieces on the balcony when we arrived and the main tv in the den had issues coming on. The line for the elevator gets a bit long mid day/holidays.

The appartment and the view was Great

1. while booking, it was not informed that $35 should be paid as resort fee per day till we stay. 2. The hotel has 48 floors and the lift stops all floors. we stayed in 17th floor and we waited 45 mins for the Lift and some times we walked on stairs. the House keeping team uses the same lift with big machines and trolleys and so its awlays busy

room was very nice, good location near the Diplomat where there was a conference I was attending.

very limited service. the front desk folks were very friendly and helpful, but I saw they were quite stretched dealing with other customer complaints about the lack of service. too short staffed, no room cleaning or coffee replacement in the room in my three daystay.

I did like the location. The pool area and gym area were nice. Some of the valet staff were cool

I didn’t like the fact that our first time there we had complications with our room. Didn’t have towels when we first got there which is indication they someone didn’t clean the room up to part. One of our toilets stopped working which cause our room to smell. It also took someone hrs to come take care of it. After several attempts to reach out to them. Our main room tub didn’t hAve pressure nor hot water. And our cable went out in one of the rooms. We were told that someone was going to take care of it. No one ever came

They didn't have towels in the room, and when you asked for some, they gave u cut up rags. Housekeeping walked in to our room TWICE without knocking. They charged you hidden fees.

Room was comfy

Someone was having a party and were really loud called the front desk 20 times no one answered. I had to go twice to let them know. People were loud in the hallway, yelling screaming. Music super loud

It was pretty.

The second day the air stopped working. The tvs never worked. Facility didnt have any toilet paper also they acted like they couldnt do anything to help as well as the people who own the room never answered the phone. Too over priced

Beautiful room with a great view. Pool is great, and so is the staff. Cute pool bar, convenient that 7/11 is located so close to get snacks and food for the room.

Not really in walking distance to anything, and only restaurant is located in the other Hyde across the street, but it is a great place to eat!

There is no staff to help with anything. Apartment was not clean. Elevators were extremely slow. It took about 30 minutes to get an elevator

Inmejorable estadía!

La propiedad es hermosa. Las vistas son alucinantes, te podes pasar todo el día en el balcón mirando. Fuimos 4 adultos y nos encantó! Pudimos disfrutar de la pileta. El valer parking era rapidísimo. Todo el personal muy amable!!

El dpto es grande y espacioso. La limpieza mala, todo en mal estado… desde la tostadora, olla, sillones .. todo descuidado, sucio y roto. Los enchufes y luces no funcionan. Encontramos dentro mucha basura con olor nauseabundo. No condice para nada precio-calidad
