Excellet services amazing staff

The place is great. There is definitely a walk to the beach, instructions are not clear during check in. Have in mind there is a hike to get to the beach, beach service is included only 2 lounge chairs and 4 towels per day. Cleaning service is NOT included DURING your stay, you are guaranteed a clean apartment on check in and you need to upkeep the cleaning during your stay. Also the only cleaning supplies you get is ONE tablet for the dishwashing machine, two little pouches for laundry and a small shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for each bathroom

Completely appalled at the pricing scheme. Place was supposed to be "all inclusive" of fees, which is why a 4 night $833 stay, would go all the way up to $1300 aprox with all taxes and fees (including parking (35 per day), resort fees(35 per day), beach service AND cleaning service (140-150) Total stay ended up being about $1600 for 4 nights with a $203 per night charge so have in mind it ended up being about DOUBLE from what you are quoted. I was upcharged for parking and cleaning fees extra. Definitely NOT ok considering the higher taxes compared to other listings were supposed to include ALL FEES. Definitely looking for other options next time, this building is completely rented out through booking and other sites so have this in mind, and the place on itself is great but NOT comfortable considering you cannot use the oven since there is no oven dish, and cleaning supplies are not available yet there is no cleaning service until you checkout. I am NOT happy with how I was cornered at check in with no empathy whatsoever, and I never got the details for my checkout because "system was down". I was requested an email to get the details for my fees and email never arrived, I only see my charge on my amex statement with no explanation whatsoever as to why I´m being charged an extra 300 to 400 dollars upwards from what I was supposed to be charged as advertised on booking.
