Room is very nasty

The apartment, so nasty and dirty leftover food stains on the couches and roaches. There’s been a total of three roaches. I killed in less than 24 hours.. there was mold at the bottom of both showers. Spoke with management and housekeeper management they offered to put us in another room way to look at that room and it was exactly the same so we decided to stay in the world we were. They were sending a housekeeping to come and clean the next day, but they can clean all they want, but and it doesn’t get rid of the roaches.

I liked the location, the size of the apartment, the terrace, the swimming pool.

The people working at the reception desk waited a very long time for us to check in with a small child, everyone didn't care, they really don't respect their client, who pays such a lot of money, because of this we lost a whole day of our vacation, the situation with the elevators is terrible, you can wait 30-40 minutes just to go up to your apartment, the situation with the keys is terrible, the card simply didn't work every day, you had to wait in a big queue just to get to the reception desk to renew the key, the queue is organized, because of which everyone has some problem, and no one cares about it. They charge a fee for a service that is absolutely not there. They promised us to cancel this fee, but of course no one did. They need to recruit responsible staff and people who care about their client, it's a real shame that such a beautiful place is falling into disrepair.

The company who provides beach chairs and towels for the hotel will chase you down to get their towels. The hotel nor the company explained their policies. I just wish they would’ve been upfront.

Definitely not charged as advertised

The place is great. There is definitely a walk to the beach, instructions are not clear during check in. Have in mind there is a hike to get to the beach, beach service is included only 2 lounge chairs and 4 towels per day. Cleaning service is NOT included DURING your stay, you are guaranteed a clean apartment on check in and you need to upkeep the cleaning during your stay. Also the only cleaning supplies you get is ONE tablet for the dishwashing machine, two little pouches for laundry and a small shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for each bathroom

Completely appalled at the pricing scheme. Place was supposed to be "all inclusive" of fees, which is why a 4 night $833 stay, would go all the way up to $1300 aprox with all taxes and fees (including parking (35 per day), resort fees(35 per day), beach service AND cleaning service (140-150) Total stay ended up being about $1600 for 4 nights with a $203 per night charge so have in mind it ended up being about DOUBLE from what you are quoted. I was upcharged for parking and cleaning fees extra. Definitely NOT ok considering the higher taxes compared to other listings were supposed to include ALL FEES. Definitely looking for other options next time, this building is completely rented out through booking and other sites so have this in mind, and the place on itself is great but NOT comfortable considering you cannot use the oven since there is no oven dish, and cleaning supplies are not available yet there is no cleaning service until you checkout. I am NOT happy with how I was cornered at check in with no empathy whatsoever, and I never got the details for my checkout because "system was down". I was requested an email to get the details for my fees and email never arrived, I only see my charge on my amex statement with no explanation whatsoever as to why I´m being charged an extra 300 to 400 dollars upwards from what I was supposed to be charged as advertised on booking.

Great location , right across the street from beach. 2 pools, tennis, basketball, and more to keep everyone busy. Room was very spacious and well decorated. includes washer and dryer - a nice have for families.

Carpets, sofa in room need cleaning. there was obvious stains and overall dirty looking. Some dishes, cups also needed washing before we can use them.

The $4000 Disaster!

I would NOT recommend this property due to the extremely pricey accommodations, extra fees, and lack of amenities, proper staffing, and horrible elevators that do not accommodate the sheer volume of people and staff/workers of building.

The condo we rented was clean with a great view on the 33rd floor. The amenities were non-existent..literally. the kitchen had plates and silverware, glasses. No mixing bowls, cutting board, utility knives, or any kitchen gadgets to try and eat in..for. family traveling with kids, not ideal. a very nice pool on 6th floor, however too small to accommodate the families in the building. area not kept clean. no oversight to insure people were not saving seats, so limited loungers, and one staff person to serve everyone poolside. so forget about service for a drink, unless you get your own. Pool was disgusting with babies in regular diapers in pool, debris on bottom of pool! Again, no staff policing. rented a cabana one half day for $50, bc couldn’t get any chairs. took almost 45 minutes to get someone to service after asking 2 times..so lost basically an hour of time. Four elevators service entire building of 45 floors. good luck getting anywhere bc the waits are very long, as you share with housekeeping, so always packed… The extra fees added to my condo, made our stay for four at $1000/night…better off at high end hotel..this was very unsatisfactory.
