Great flat but needs fixing and cleaning for the price they want

Location of the flat, the fact it was in the 21st floor

The flat was dirty and the TVs didn’t work and no attempt was made to fix them.

Elevators wait forever, poor service

The building is poorly designed and the wait for the elevator is 15-30 min. Also, the towels service is very poor, especially on the beach. The beach chair service isn’t close enough; you have to walk 5 min to get to the beach chair service
