The location was great, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

My bad for only seeing “parking”” on site, but not reading far enough to see it was $20 per night. The lobby was noisy when we arrived and I thought she said it was a $40 deposit, but it’s the parking fee. There is a small one cup coffee maker with packets of creamer in the rooms, no complimentary coffee in the lobby -there’s a Starbucks for coffee and food.

The receptionist had told me breakfast was from 6am til 11am and went at 10:00 and breakfast was over at 10am not 11 They charged for the breakfast Wish they had said the right times I asked for a refund and it wasn’t refundable Which it was their mistake and could of fixed it Was just very upsetting They should tell the guest the right times 😪

Over it was good stay.

The Hotel design. The design of the room. The large windows. Clean and modern. The chicken bacon quesadillas were delicious. Spacious room and bathroom. Location downtown is perfect. The staff were polite. Secure property. The mattress was comfortable.

The BLT was burnt. The music in lobby was way too loud for the bar area while waiting for our food order. The water pressure is low in the shower. The coffee in the room was terrible.

A good experience, just need better communication.

My wife and I really liked the professionalism by the employees. The rooms were perfect for what we were there for. We would like to stay again, just hope for a little better communication with the hours of service of departments.

My wife and I were given a breakfast voucher and told breakfast would be served from 6am to 11am. We went to eat a little after 10am and it was closed. We didn't appreciate the hours being wrong or the staff closing early.

The staff was amazing so nice and welcoming even at 1 in the morning when I went to purchase snacks.

I didnt like that my room seemed like it wasn't done being cleaned. We had no tissue, the pull out bed had not been put away properly. The bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned very well. I didn't complain or take pictures because I just didnt see the point anymore. It was close to 4 pm and I was there for a concert that I needed to leave shortly for. I just got out my clorox wipes and wiped everything down. If I wasn't so excited about my concert I would have complained.

Top notch if youre lodging in El Paso! Rooftop pool is epic!

So many things were wonderful! The bed, the colors of the room (they weren’t ugly and bright like most rooms). There were many different lighting options, warm light is important to me! a sweet view of the city surrounding us. The pool area was gorgeous! Staff was friendly at front desk. And wow, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Check out at twelve is unheard of. Nice ;)

So, this may be nothing but. We were in the pool area and a staff member was having her break there, she didn’t smile, say good evening, or any of the things to make us feel invited. I kind of felt like a nuisance, as though I were interrupting her lunch hour? A little odd. And in our room there was no bathtub(our son has autism and usually requires a tub) but we faired alright. The fridge was ultra tiny as well hahaha we carry a lot of food/drinks on us.

The proximity to downtown was convenient and we could go back and forth from the hotel to downtown in just 5 min. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice view of the city.
