Great find in the heart of downtown EL Paso

Very pleasant surprise right in the heart of downtown El Paso close to the theaters and restaurants. Hip neighborhood and a hip hotel. The room was large, clean, quiet, well appointed, and there was a kitchen downstairs where you could make coffee and even cook if needed. Staff was attentive.

Very good

The design of the hotel is just incredible. The room was small, but very spacious and comfortable. The concept of having kitchen appliances downstairs also improved very much the experience. Also, the location could hardly be better: secluded enough for a quiet stay, but also only ca. 5 mins walk from the city center.

The upstairs space was not very well cleaned, with some dust around. Some attention to these details would increase the hotel's ratings even more.

the staff was not there during the hours they said they would be. Things like luggage storage were therefore not possible.

Excellent and easy

The staff is EXCELLENT. The front desk staff showed me around, helped me with the passcode, directed me to the nearest convenience store, and helped me get the heater in my room working. A+++ staff member.

The train outside ran all night. I know it is not the hotel 's fault but the train is so disturbing. I'm sure other hotels in the area hear the same gripe. Other than that...this hotel is perfect for a stay close to Amtrak and Greyhound.
