Overall great stay but got changed for something that didn't work that well

I liked the friendly staff and the restaurant and the cleanliness of the room

The elevator system is terrible...its hard to get to the parking garage because the elevator that works is the one that goes from the 7th to the 13th.

Never again!!

The beds were super cozy! The rooftop pool and bar was a hit with our group.

Check-in is at 3 o’clock. I called and asked for early check-in and let them know I would pay then we chose our room on the Hilton app and we got there at 11 AM and our room wasn’t ready which was fine. Check-in is at 3… our room was not ready until 645 and not only was it not the room we chose, it was on a completely different floor. we were traveling with our soccer team so we strategically all picked rooms on the same floor . There were stains all over the bed and the carpet. We tried to call and ask for towels and more pillows around 10 PM got a busy signal for about 30 minutes. Went downstairs requested them from the front desk. They said they’d be right up. They never came. The Manager was nothing but rude not helpful at all and did not even apologize.

Terrible stay we had to stay in our room that was 77° all night long

Location was fine

AC didn’t work in my room. 17 floors in the hotel and only one working elevator. Parking was $20 and our key card couldn’t open the gate. Had to get a ticket anyway. Staff offered security to fix AC?!?

Excellent Location and very good rooms

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Coldplay concert venue, and it turned out to be a great decision. The location is excellent—close to many restaurants and just a short Uber ride away from several malls. The rooms were very comfortable, and we appreciated the on-site restaurant and cozy bar, which added to the overall convenience and atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did experience a billing issue: we reserved two rooms but were charged for three. We're still in the process of resolving the reimbursement with the hotel, and we found that the management has not handled the claim with much empathy or urgency. Despite this setback, we would still consider staying here again if we return to El Paso, thanks to the comfort and convenience the hotel offers. Would you like a version in Spanish as well, or perhaps a shorter version for a review platform?

Horrible wheelchair ♿️ bathroom!

The wheelchair ♿️ bathroom was not really accessible. I was trying to wheel myself in and almost fell over because it had a very dangerous bump/ramp which i could not find a use for. The toilet was too close to the wall causing me to sit sideways because the towel rack was not placed safely. The shower bench was too small. I am not a over weight person, but I felt I was going to fall. There was no water pressure! Not at all which was very inconvenient for rinsing the soap off. The shower was the one reason for my reservation and it was to say the least, disappointing and unsafe😒

Great location, I did not rent a car, but it was easy to use ride share apps. The beds were really comfortable. The room was clean. Friendly staff. Love the coffee shop on the first floor!

Would be great if the pool was heated as the water was super cold. Would also be a good idea to limit time on the cabanas. Some people would hog them all day!

I had a room on the 11th floor n it was extremely dirty!!I was very frustrated I just did a 12 hour car ride!! I had to go downstairs n switch rooms. Then in the morning when I checked out I gave my key card to the front desk person thinking that’s it I’m done I can leave this place !! But now I can’t leave the parking garage at all bc apparently I need my key card to leave !! Which is crazy cuz the girl from last night said I didn’t need anything to leave that I can pull up right to the gate n it would open !! So the only way for it to open at that moment, was for me to pay again!! So y’all charged me twice for parking. Very upsetting !! I told the front desk n they said they will refund my money but it will take two days !! So let’s hope it shows if not I will be calling n y’all better fix this at that moment. I’ve never had problems at a double tree locations before. I’m very disappointed in this location at El Paso.

miserable

I have stayed there several times and last night was the absolute worst stay we have had anywhere in a long long time. My room ac wouldn’t cool down past 74 degrees and it was hot and miserable, and if that wasn’t enough the backside of the elevators was up against our wall so we had to hear scrap cringy noises all nighht- after hours of the worse sleep we got up and went to garage got car and drove back to New Mexico- Zero stars !⭐️

We won’t stay again

The room doors slam shut. Whenever someone entered or exited their room near ours, the slamming door was very loud and jarring. Paying for parking was a surprise as well as the price tag on the water bottles placed in the room. The bed and pillows were very soft and lumpy. The pillows would fall through the space between the mattress and headboard. Focus was on maximally monetizing every service rather than the quality of the service itself. Carpet near the bedside was very dirty.
