Nice Dwelling , Not so nice cleaner!!

Easy access as disabled& near our family.

Not as clean as it should have been , lots of dust in lounge & sofa covering & cushions were dirty , the shower was brown & dirty needed a good bleaching , which we did as we couldn’t stand in it, would suggest having the toilet looked at as not much water goes into toilet to flush it . Patio windows in kitchen were filthy couldn’t see through them ,, lots of dust on the headboard of the main bed & along the edges of it. Don’t think it was cleaned they only changed the bedding. Apart from that we would stay there again

Outstanding views from the house, friendly village with friendly people. Totally relaxing.

The waste disposal system, especially the once per month collection for the Black Bin, is unsatisfactory. We inherited a full and smelly bin attracting flies.

Accommodation for 2-3 people.

-The shower tub kept flooding. - The toilet’s flush needs fixing ( flushes but doesn’t) - Lights in various rooms could be brighter. - Not near shops.

Location fantastic, cleanliness let it down. Dead bird-which had obviously been there for some time was at front door. Shower overdosed several times as drains neededcleaning. Floors not clean. Duvet -main bedroom stained. Windows dirty etc

Location -very good as a base. Also, the house was welcoming and clean, well equipped, in a very quiet area with stunning views. Lovely garden! We enjoyed a little walk around the village and the surroundings, even went up to the Stwlan dam. Plenty to explore in the area. Would love to come back, as we felt at home. Thank you for having us.

great place to base yourself in Snowdonia. perfect little get away. would definitely recommend and would go back we didn’t want to leave.

The big thing here is the place 100% needs WiFi we knew it didn’t have it before so that was fine. it’s the first place I’ve ever been without a hair dryer.

it was nice to come home.

the location

it was NOT clean ( floors/ cupboard doors / extractor and oven all dirty don’t even get me started on the bin 🤢 ) there was some sort of leak in the bathroom ( not visual) but made the bathroom smell like stale water. the beds where broken and held up by books, and was the most uncomfortable things we have ever slept in ( which is why we came home a day early) you need to advertise that the beds are 2 inches from the floor, I suffer with sciatica and was in so much pain.

Quiet, good view, clean rooms, nice garden, have most things that you need

need better light in the bathroom, especially above the shower, new tower, washing line in the garden, pegs for drying clothes. Might have to invest in Wifi, just in case people dont have much data.

The house was placed conveniently around many attraction points. Also the house felt cosy and having 2 young children, we enjoyed our stay there. Parking space right in front was also good as we were loading and unloading frequently.

The main issue would be about the cleanliness. The focus is on COVID but we are forgetting the basics, like proper vacuuming and dusting. Also, the property needs to be checked properly for any technical faults before arrival.

It was exactly what we wanted: in the middle of nowhere, lots of nature around and a very comfy house. However, it's far from any supermarket and you need a car for everything. But really worth

Pretty area and conveniently central location for our families holiday needs.

The 4 days of grounds work being carried for the private parking out directly in front of the property. Totally spoilt the view and not the quiet getaway we had hoped for.
