Amazing holiday.

The property was nice size it was comfortable, spacious but not too big, the rooms were amazing bathroom was really nice. It came with everything you needed for the holiday, the heated floors were also a really nice touch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It’s also really close to other areas like Porthmadog it’s roughly a 15 20 minute drive. And not too far from Barmouth.

Worst Booking.com experience

The cabin was comfortable and rustic looking that's about it

1.The cabin did not look like the pictures that are taken of it. 2. The heating takes decades and you stay in the cold until the cabin heats up. 3. The shower in the bathroom is a single use boiler which blasts hot water for about 5 minutes before you freeze to death even if you let the boiler heat the water up for hours before. 4. The WiFi does not work at all as the router or the SIM card that it has inside does not work ( I am an I.T guy so I know ) I had to use mobile hotspot during my stay but I looked for a place specifically with WiFi. 5. No-one at reception ever (even people with previous comments about the place say this) and if you need anything it says to call them but no-one ever picks up ( this is done on purpose so they don't have to deal with anything anyone needs) 6. The people who own this cabin or holiday park did not even give me instructions to where the cabin is or any photos just an address and description of what it looks like so they really took the Mick and made me walk across the whole holiday park to look for the cabin.

Tv didn’t work and the smart tv didn’t work either kept cutting out WiFi signal poor It’s raining but nothing major that should cause problems so take a good book ! We took dvds too as said there was a dvd player but there isn’t

Beds were comfortable, nice spacious kitchen, had every thing we needed. Daughter liked the light up mirror in bathroom, the garden was nice to walk

The bedrooms got filled up with a lot of tiny bugs when windows were open. Only thing was that we did request for fans but none were provided. It would have been nice for us to check out a little later than 10am as we had to rush everything and strip the bed to the linen before we left

Great location but very dirty.

The whole property was filthy and smelt awful. We refused to stay due to the issues with cleanliness. The property owner was very good and offered us a full refund. The location is great with lovely views. The cottage was nice and warm with an enclosed garden which would be great for dogs. Some of the furniture is chipped, kitchen is damaged in places and poor quality bedding etc. Please check other reviews as mine might of just been a one off.

We were disappointed in the lack of care and maintenance of the cottage.

Location, enclosed garden for the dog, kitchen was well equipped. Heating was good…

Didn’t like the mattress, uncomfortable, toilet seat didn’t fit properly and moved, the cottage wasn’t as clean as it was last time we visited last year, eg food still left in the pans in the cupboard. Mucky carpets, hadn’t been swept under the chair and sofa. The tv didn’t work properly..

Cosy cottage with modern finish, ideal for a longer stay.

The cottage was clean and well presented, with comfortable space for our family (2 adults, 2 early teens and a pooch). Fully fitted kitchen and would be suitable for a longer stay. The holiday site was quiet and relaxing, with an enclosed dog walking field opposite the property.

One of the single beds was broken, which meant an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Usually with a property of this style/purpose there are some ‘kitchen essentials’ provided. For a longer stay I would naturally bring these or buy locally, but I expected if the property is available for a one-night stay then there may be a welcome pack of coffee, breakfast items, salt, cooking oil etc, or the option to preorder these. There was no welcome pack so we were a bit unsure about recycling facilities, how to work the hob, heating controls etc.

We liked privacy, small garden for our little dog, Property was clean, instructions were clear, there were a wi-fi and Netlix account we could use. Some tea, coffee sugar and milk in the fridge. And what I loved the most heated Floor...I miss that already. This is a small house you can stay for a long time...

Just wasn't sure where the big bins are so we had to walk arround to look for them.

Lovely location ruined by the electricity failure and no response from the landlord.

Unfortunately the electrics packed up at about 9pm on our stay so we were left without heating and sockets in the bedrooms. Not ideal with 88 and 86 year old parents. Messaged the property but they still haven’t replied.

Lovely cabin - would recommend

It was quirky, spacious compared to other cabins on site and nicely decorated with convenient parking and great views. Confined garden area was good for dogs too.

It took a while to warm up with the underfloor heating but we did book last minute so the host wouldn’t have had chance to heat it ready for us.

Such a fab little cottage.

Such a great find! Lovely little cottage, clean, great location and perfect to come back to after a long day hiking/ adventuring.

One small issue - the oven tripped the fuse so we couldn’t use it. Gill tried her best to get someone out to look on the day but wasn’t possible. Little cafe across the way was very accommodating.

Simply Tranquil and Peaceful.. Destress !!

The location was perfect and the cottage is just beautiful, clean nice decor and modern. The bedrooms were lovely and so comfortable and clean slept for 10 hours ha ha .. Host was very responsive and I will be staying there again loved it !

The oven stopped working mid-cook tried to fix it with the board but did not work.. It did not spoil our stay as it was near the end and I could finish in the microwave. We would of liked WiFi but get why there were not any as some travellers like that we would of liked to do some work and have a home from home

Shower controls were a bit confusing. Water heater switch outside bathroom and shower controls did not seem to be in sync with each other. This resulted in shower either being too hot or too cold.

Все було на найвищому рівні, нам сподобалось абсолютно все 🙂 Господар любʼязно допоміг нам знайти будинок коли ми заблукали, був дуже привітним та вічливим. Будинок був чистим і там дуже приємно пахло, там було все необхідне для приготування їжі. Найбільше нас вразив задній двір, це просто щось неймовірне 😍
