We liked the stay it was wonderful and had a good time and it was so clean
We didn't like the mattress in adult room as it was so hard and not comfy

Great place for short break. Beautiful views and quiet area, good place for relax. We recommend to take a look at surrounding hiking trails, perfect if you have kids, loads of animals. In our cabin we had dvds, games and books - kept us entertained!
Could've been cleaned more thoroughly, dust was a problem for us as some of our family members have allergies.

The cabin was clean and generally tidy on arrival. The lodge park itself had a really nice feel and the location was great for exploring the surrounding area. It worked well as a base for our stay, and the bottle of Prosecco as an apology for the tap issue was a thoughtful gesture.
There were quite a few small things that made the stay less comfortable. Only one small toilet roll was provided for a family of four for two nights. The kitchen was very under-equipped with mismatched cutlery, very few utensils, no oven gloves and nothing suitable to properly wash up with other than a microfibre cloth. The hot tap was leaking, which meant no usable hot water for washing up. Although we were given Prosecco as an apology, it appeared to be a longer-term issue that really needs fixing.
There was no welcome pack or information folder about the lodge or park. The double bed was creaky and the pillows were very flat, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The sofa cushions slid around and it wasn’t large enough for a family of four, so one child ended up sitting on the floor or going to the bedroom.
