Location was perfect for what we needed and the view from the front of the cabin was wonderful. The holiday park was quiet with a reasonably-stocked little shop. Basin and toilet were incredibly clean.

The property would benefit from a deep clean: there was black mould in the freezer and the shower head cradle. The kettle and kitchen tap are heavily scaled. There is also a need for some TLC as it looks a little tired and there are minor maintenance issues like the kitchen tap moves and makes a lot of mess as a result. The garden was unusable as it had not been mowed; the surrounding shrubbery and green space also needs tidying.

We enjoyed our stay at the Eryri retreat as it was cosy with amazing views and not to far from the activities we had planned. On the first night we had food in the cafe and staff were very polite and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful site and great location, the weather was amazing for our stay too.

We couldn't for our entire stay get the television to work, we contacted the rental and someone came but he never returned to help. We didn't visit to be stuck in the whole time but it would have been better to enjoy something in the evening. No remote for the tv at all wasn't ideal. Perhaps for future guests provide a welcome pack with instructions to prevent any frustration
