the house was beautiful- the room was spacious and well kept. the facilities including the pool were gorgeous and the view from every part of the property was amazing

Absolutely gorgeous property with incredibly helpful and friendly staff.
It was a bit far from the town center (30 minutes by taxi) but we knew that when booking and it was so peaceful staying outside the center.

Absolutely stunning location, very relaxed and comfortable field, brilliant pool area. I was visiting for trail running and there were lots of trail running options around without being loud/crowdy as sapa. Brilliant staff. Incredibly helpful with all my questions. I am already looking to combing back.
The bathroom is basic, but seriously not an issue. Especially given the price.

The homestay is actually okay, the view from my room was breathtaking, the staffs are nice and some cute dogs.
But to be very honest i didn’t have any good night sleep there 😭. I kept waking up around 2AM because of the dogs barking non stop. Plus it next to a main road.
