The staff were incredibly friendly and set up a WhatsApp group with us, so any request was just a message away. Whether ordering food or asking for anything, they were always quick to respond. The food was delicious, hospitality was on another level, and they accommodated us right up until the last minute. We also had a full body oil massage with lava stones, perfect for the chilly weather and very relaxing, the masseurs were surprisingly experienced! Beautiful views, great for trekking and renting a moto to explore further was no problem at all.

As a traditional wooden house, it is not soundproof, so noise can travel between rooms. We were informed about this upfront which we appreciated, and honestly it never bothered us during our stay.

The prettiest place I've ever been at. Won't deny Pam and Happy were a huge reason why we booked this place :) They had a whole crew of people helping us throughout our stay. The property is off the main road and it is quite the uphill/downhill. Usually there are people at the intersection to help guests reach. Yen and Thuong were super responsive for everything. The property is a wooden house with beautiful charm. The bathrooms are separate for 2 out of 3 rooms. Frankly not an issue for us, but just added good-to-know information. The rooms may get hot during the day and there is no air conditioning, but the staff is more than happy to provide extra fans and it cools down comfortably by night. But honestly no beat to the location. city center is 20 mins by cab and Grab comes pretty quickly.

I like everything in the property. If you like mountains and nature in general, this is such a perfect accommodation to choose. Wish I stayed here for more than 1 night though. Aside from how great the room, and surrounding is, their foods also taste amazing. Staff was also accommodating
