A beautiful fun filled stay in the heart of Florence.

Spacious apartment, but quite outdated.

The location was good for us. Loved the cafe on the corner. It was nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom.

The apartment is very outdated. The furniture and kitchen supplies were very old. It wasn't that clean when we arrived. Air conditioning not very efficient. There were no toiletries in bathrooms. One bath towel per person is not enough. Doors to outside patio area were broken.

I would stay at this same place again!

No breakfast, but right across the street was a parking service, A bit pricey but easy and no need to drive around Florence to find parking. The owner was super nice too! And the property was very tuscan.

Perfect location, very very spacious for a group of 6. Very good service, the iron didnt work and we got a new one directly within a day.

Perfect place in the heart of Florence

We absolutely loved the house and our stay in Via Dei Fossi. We stayed in the house with four adults and four children. With three bedrooms a room (seperated) with a sofa couch, a living room and a kitchen there was enough space for all of us. We arrived a little bit early but Emilio was there earlier too so we could check in early. He is very friendly and showed us the great house. We could also use the washing machine which was perfect because we needed it. When you leave the house you are in less then fifteen minuten at all the Highlights of beautiful Florence.

If we must see one less positive thing about the house then it is about WiFi. But who needs WiFi in a wonderfull city like this.

We really enjoyed having the comfort of a large apartment for 8 guests. The location was awesome. It was close to everything including the train station.

Florence stay

Emilio met us at the door and showed us the apartment.It was spacious,3 bedrooms en-suite,multiple living areas,big kitchen.The location was good for us.The bathrooms were up to date and kitchen also,plenty of hot water for showers.The art is lovely with some antique furniture pieces.

The bedrooms and kitchen walls were very dirty by the baseboards.The patio floor was very dirty. Air conditioners in bedrooms didn’t work. It was ok for me but the other guests were warm.

Emplacement parfait. Beaucoup d'espace. Très calme. Hôte très disponible.

Appartement en rez-de-chaussée avec plusieurs pièces sans fenêtres. Information importante pour les clients car sinon risque d'être déçu par l'ambiance particulière.
