Location, Comfortable Beds and strong WiFi
Coffee machine did not work, has to be descaled. The Dryer does not dry well. Bathroom and couches show a lot of wear. We had a short circuit and one of the pot lights popped out which was a bit scary.

Great location
It’s getting quite worn out with peeling paint & missing blinds. I asked the staff for more clothes washing liquid & a bin for the kitchen. I got a terse response about them not provided the washing liquid even though some was left in the bathroom & they told me the bin liners were under the sink labelled in a different language but didn’t seem to see it as their job.
