Nice little homestay on a side alley from the in
one main road in Tam Coc. The location is central and quiet at the same time. The family running it is very nice and helpful. The rooms are basic and a little old but alright. Value for money is good.
Happy about our stay, the room was a little humid though.

Everything was absolutely great, from the pick up at the train station, to the lush, green, quiet, bungalow environment. The caretakers and hosts, John and Jenna, or absolute sweethearts, generous and accommodating. They made this green paradise exceptionally wonderful. I’m so happy to have stayed in Tam Coc with much to do, great restaurants and abundant spa services, rather than the big city of Ninh Binh, or Remote Trang An. The bungalows are steps away from all needed , but super quiet and off the beaten path. An exceptional experience from staying at these bungalows.

Staff and breakfast were lovely. Location is great - just off the main road and they provide bikes to cycle around.
The buildings could be better, we had issues with sound from the pool and a damp smell inside.
