Friendly-smiley Owner, Tay. Family environment, felt like homestay. Food variety. Breakfast food, fresh fruits and drink variety. Good value for money. Owner was helpful in answering our questions in english and giving us a good guide in Ninh Binh. Convenient bike rental at the homestay.
Room with a view may be slightly misleading. It is the swimming pool view. It is still good though.

Very nice property, well maintained and managed. The host can help with every possible request. The bed is quite firm but didn’t bother me. Good breakfast offerings.

The pool, the hosts and the location. The room was really nice, had everything that one might need including a mosquito net, fridge, slippers and hair dryer. The breakfast was really good and even though we overslept one morning, they still served us. The pool was nice and clean, my 4yo really enjoyed it. The owner is always smiling and we rented a bike with a child seat for 50k.
