The accommodation is lovely and the family who own it are the absolute kindest souls!! We loved our stay here and felt so looked after. I would recommend this homestay to anyone! The location in Tam Coc is also perfect.

This homestay is the best place we have stayed during our month in Vietnam. The rooms are spotless, with very comfy beds (with proper duvets)and the shower got so hot which was amazing as a lot of places we have stayed in Vietnam did not have any hot water. The location is also very central. We were gutted that we could only stay here for one night and if I ever return to Ninh binh I would definitely come back to stay at this Homestay. The best part of the homestay however is not even the great rooms, it is the host family. They treated us with such kindness and friendliness which made us feel truly at home. They let us wait in the lobby downstairs for hours before our night bus and one of the ladies even brought us some food for free while we waited. I cannot recommend staying here enough :)

Hotel assolutamente perfetto , sotto tutto i punti di vista. Ordinato, pulito, accogliente. A pochi passi dalla partenza per il giro sul fiume. La famiglia che lo gestisce e' a dire poco favolosa, ci hanno accolto e assistito durante tutto il soggiorno, ci sembrava di essere parte di loro. Se vi trovate a Tam Coc scegliete il Tam Coc Golden Joy senza esitare.
