Tam Coc Rice Fields Homestay

Staying at this homestay was a fantastic experience. The mixed dorms are extremely clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The property is well-kept in every detail and located in a strategic spot, just a few steps from the city center. The real highlight is the extraordinary kindness of the owners. With their authentic hospitality and warmth, they instantly make you feel at home, always attentive and caring. I also rented a bike directly from them, and they gave me perfect directions to follow. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

Friendly owner, gave advice on where to visit and bus timings. Had two very cute kittens too! Owner takes the effort to learn your name too.

Nothing.

It was in a quiet lane set in the rice paddies but only a 5 min walk so perfect location. Staff were lovely. The owner was happy to help with any requests but he was especially helpful helping me plan my visits to different attractions. I used their bike and he had my timing planned perfectly so I got to see a lot but also knew where the nice spots were to stop for a rest. He made sure my bus transfer to Cat Ba was smooth and I’m grateful for the beautiful breakfasts he made to order in the mornings.

Nothing

It was very quiet in the area and clean. Easy walk into town.

The mattress sunk in after sitting on it, and I could feel the bars underneath on my bottom. Motorbike didn’t start right away every time, but in general it worked.
