It was in a quiet lane set in the rice paddies but only a 5 min walk so perfect location. Staff were lovely. The owner was happy to help with any requests but he was especially helpful helping me plan my visits to different attractions. I used their bike and he had my timing planned perfectly so I got to see a lot but also knew where the nice spots were to stop for a rest. He made sure my bus transfer to Cat Ba was smooth and I’m grateful for the beautiful breakfasts he made to order in the mornings.

Has a beautiful view and was very quiet at night.
Most buses won’t pick you up at the property but Dan was kind enough to drop me off at the station.

Very nice host. I felt very comfortable. There was a good breakfast and cheap options for scooter and bicycle rental. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a hot water boiler. Loved this place ;)

It was very quiet in the area and clean. Easy walk into town.
The mattress sunk in after sitting on it, and I could feel the bars underneath on my bottom. Motorbike didn’t start right away every time, but in general it worked.
