Location in the 2nd row behind the lake was good and quiet. Walking distance to the town center with numerous food and entertainment options. Breakfast options very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was big and bright.
There is no elevator, so if you are on the 2nd. floor you have to carry your baggage yourself. Cleanliness could be better. In my 3 night stay, the room wasn't cleaned once nor were the towels changed.
Not exactly negative nor positive, but neutral - this is a family friendly hotel/guesthouse. So expect small children running around, screaming and splashing away in the pool. If you prefer somewhere quiet and peaceful you may be better off elsewhere.

Nice location.
The floor in our room was broken and it wasn’t very clean. Only two bad chairs by the pool and the pool was dirty.
