One of my favorite places I've stayed while in Vietnam. The owners are lovely and the rooms were modern and very clean. There was even a bathtub in my friends room! Great location to walk to restaurants and bars. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The hosts were AMAZING. A great location, right next to everything. Great facilities. The host and their family did everything they could to help you and make your time in ninh binh great. Highly recommend

Location it's ok. Breakfast was ok but we couldn't drink our teas since they were full of bugs. They let us leave our luggage for the day after check out which was very nice and we really appreciated it. Room was spacious.
There is a big construction going on in the house, they started at 7 am. the entrance is full of the building material, it's not pleasant. As soon as we got here, they tried to sell a very pricey tours (which you don't need to explore Ninh Binh). I think they didn't like that we said no. Same with the bus tickets. Bikes were not free. Pool was dirty and next to the construction.
